Talk about unique... a 1 acre pond is feet away and full of fish. A tandem kayak is available however there is no swimming allowed. Plenty of visiting birds, squirrels and other animals may say hello. Cozy house with a full kitchen and peaceful covered front porch to chill on. Gas grill out there as well. Feel like your in the mountains while still a short 10 minute drive from Hickory. Come see the Pond House!

We loved sitting outside in the morning drinking coffee and listening to the fountain, which was very relaxing We watched some otters playing in the water and on the banks which enjoyed very much.

This property is a real gem, so peaceful. Located in a neighborhood, but feels like it’s out in the country. Nicely finished and comfortable. Joey is very responsive.

Super cute updated house right on a nicely stocked pond. Our small dog LOVED it and we all felt very much at home. In a great neighborhood and close to fun things to do in Hickory. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is absolutely beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch, listening to the fountain in the middle of the pond and watching the blue heron every morning. I loved it there and would love to go back soon! It is very convenient to many things and it’s very quiet.

Quick get away

We really enjoyed our stay & visiting with our grandson. We caught lots of bream but nothing else & not from lack of trying lol. It was very peaceful & comfortable. We will definitely be back

The pond house

The pond house is in a wonderful location to enjoy a little seclusion. The pond is full of fish that will literally follow you around waiting to be fed. The home has all the basic needs and everything works as it should. We enjoyed our stay and communication with Joey was quick and easy.

Relaxing

We were very happy. It is a cute little house and very spacious the way it is layed out. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. My husbands favorite part was the pond, he loves fishing and he was able to walk right out the door and do so. I enjoyed sitting outside at night and listening to the bullfrogs
