Beautiful 2BD 2BA home in small-town America

With a back patio for sitting and sipping coffee, you can enjoy the birds chirping happily all day, three of the four seasons. We’ve completely renovated this 1958 centrally-located duplex in the heart of Hickory.

A perfect blend of old and new with gorgeous refinished, original hardwood floors, and beautiful custom cabinetry. You will feel right at home with the farmhouse decor, genuine antiques, and fresh linens. The kitchen is a dream, filled with everything you need, including and old oak table and beautiful brown stoneware. Enclosed back porch is the coat drop area, but with a desk, chair, and lamp also serves as the perfect spot to get a little work done!
Several restaurants are within walking distance, and you are just a five minute drive to Lenoir-Rhyne University, the SALT Block, Frye Regional Medical Center, and downtown shopping. The Hickory Trail is nearby, spanning 10 miles across the city, and provides bicycle and pedestrian safety while connecting popular destinations and amenities.

This was the perfect property for our stay in Hickory. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath needs. I had to contact the host once and she answered my question immediately. I hope to book this house for next year's visit to the area.

Perfect!

My sister and I were in Hickory for a week to visit my son and his family. This place was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and so quiet. The host was accommodating and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend stay

We were in town for a funeral and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to town and restaurants. Very clean and was exactly like the pictures. Would recommend this place again and again.
