No stairs or steps, wide entrances, threshold wheelchair ramp, and toilet safety railings provide accessibility. 5 min. to downtown Bentonville! Minutes away from great biking trails, including Coler, Razorback Greenway, and Slaughter Pen.

      Master Bedroom: A spacious haven with a plush king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, a live-edge wood sitting bench, and a large walk-in closet. This room has its' own adjoining full bath, with a huge vanity.

      Second Bedroom/Office: As spacious than the master bedroom, this room has two dedicated workspaces, a plush queen bed, and a lounge chair with ottoman.

      Third Bedroom: Ideal for the kids and kids-at-heart, the upper bunk has a twin mattress on top and a full mattress on bottom. The top bunk is for children < 80 lbs. and the bottom bed can fit two kids or two small adults. This room has a lounge chair, a 43" smart TV, a wardrobe, and a solid wood console table with toys, books, and games inside.

      Fourth Bedroom: This bedroom has a plush queen bed, a live edge real wood bench, and closet.

Great find
First time in Bentonville and really glad we found this house. It is cheerfully decorated and had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was fabulous. We appreciated the extras like the coffee pods and granola. Thank you for sharing your house!

Wonderful stay, great place
We looked at other 4-bedrooms in Bentonville and Bella Vista and are glad we chose this one. Out of the many places we have stayed over the years, this is one of the cleanest, most comfortable and beautiful. Everything looks brand new - appliances, furniture, rugs, etc. and feels luxurious (leather couches, marble countertops, great mattresses, and a nice stone fireplace). Someone had written that they couldn’t get the fireplace to work, but it worked just fine for us. The temperature control for the shower was a bit sensitive, but other than this, we were really happy. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive and kind. We will definitely come back in the future for a longer stay, thank you!

Bright, cheerful, clean and spacious
Exactly what you see in the pics -- modern, bright and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. New appliances, full size washer/dryer, all new furniture, linens, kitchenware, etc. Everything is spotless and brand new. Great location -- quiet neighborhood, loads of restaurants. We were all inspired to go home and redecorate. :) The property owner was easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Did I mention chocolate? Chocolate! 10/10 would recommend and we will stay again on our next visit.

I've been using short-term rentals for over a decade and having the opportunity to create a beautiful, modern, convenient place for others is a dream come true for me.

This neighborhood is gem - so close to downtown, I-49, and all the best of NWA, yet it's quiet and surrounded by fields. My house in particular has the privilege of having no neighbors on one side and no neighbors directly behind me, so we get unobstructed views of the sky and surroundings.

I renovated our place with a luxury and a bit of whimsy, in mind. Real leather couches, new, high-end appliances like our Samsung Induction stove, genuine quartzite fireplace and genuine quartzite countertops, new gas fireplace, high quality mattresses, height-adjustable goose-down pillows - these are some of the things that I hope will delight our guests.

Accessibility is also something important to me. Our house has no stairs or steps, wide openings, wide hallways, and we've outfitted it with toilet support bars and threshold ramps.
