- Please make sure there's no leaks and/or holes
â No shoes in the unit
â No smoking in the apartment
â There'll be $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
â No grills are allowed on the balcony or sidewalks
â Change the dryer vent after each cycle
â 3/28/2024: Starting June 1, pet fee will be $100 per pet max of 2.
â Pets are allowed for a fee. Less than 20 lbs each. ($75 per pet max of 2)
â Must be 25 years old to book
