Built in 1920 and refreshed for modern comfort, this well-equipped two-bedroom home is just a few short blocks from funky downtown Ferndale and only a 20-minute drive from the ever-growing downtown Detroit.

Perfect for couples, families, or small groups.

We're happy to be dog-friendly. Be sure to check out our Pet Policy in the House Rules before booking with your furry companion.

• 20 minute drive to Downtown Detroit
• 15 minute drive to The Detroit Institute of Arts, The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, and the Michigan Science Center
• 10 minute drive to Royal Oak and Birmingham

Pet Policy
At this time, we allow only one dog per stay. We have a big, fenced yard for your pet to enjoy. Provided are a dog bed, blankets, and bowls.
• Guests take full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by the dog.
• No dogs on furniture; we provide a 20"x30" dog bed and blankets.
• Dogs must be flea-free and current on Bordetella, DHPP, Leptospirosis, and Rabies vaccines.
• Guests must clean up after their dog and clean them before coming indoors. Towels are provided.
• Guests will be charged for any damage, extra cleaning, or flea treatment needed.

Please note...
• To enter the home, there is a flight of 5 stairs with a handrail leading up to the front porch.
• Ring camera on front porch facing street. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
• Access property with a Smartlock.

Home was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and located very conveniently to a cool part of town with lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Host was very communicative about the check-in and check-out process.

Cute, clean property in a funky fun neighborhood. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. My mom and I loved this little bungalow. The check-in process was easy and clear. The pillows on the bed were fluffy. There was a nice drawer of coffee and the kitchen was a good size and very functional. We will come back!

Great property and the location was perfect. The house looked better in person which is seldom the case. Extremely clean and just a few short blocks to the heart of Ferndale. The owners were very clear about the check in procedure and responded to all messages within 30 mins. Would highly recommend this property. Great trip/ecperience

Great stay

My fiance stayed for a long weekend while visiting family. The property was super cute and well maintained. The hosts were really great with communication too. The location is walking distance to a lot of good bars and restaurants. All in all a really great experience.

Great Place; Great Location

Perfect spot in Ferndale. Clean, convenient, lovely. House had everything we needed. My kids loved it - one called it "heaven" the other said it was "so cool." I recommended to the friends we were visiting so they can pass it along to more friends and family.

Fabulous Ferndale Getaway

This clean and updated home was located just two blocks from many popular restaurants and bars. I appreciated the cute front porch with string lights and kitchen complete with dinnerware for guests. Owners reached out but did not intrude- I hope to return soon.

Our new home away from home in Ferndale

Stayed with our 3 year old and 6 year old. House is very clean and comfortable. Furnished with new quality pieces and baby proofed in some areas. Nice touches like kids plates etc and enough k-cups for the week. Beds are comfy. Backyard is fully fenced and beautiful. Couldn’t ask for more. Hosts very responsive.
