Walk to the beach and downtown! Newly Restored Summer of 2023!! Make memories at our thoughtfully designed and comfortable bungalow near Carpinteria's majestic beaches and immerse yourself in our tranquil beach life. Come experience all Carpinteria has to offer and start your traditions here.
This beautifully restored cottage has 3 bedroom and 2 bath and can sleep up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms are ground floor and furnished with queen beds & Smart TV’s. There is a living area and kitchen stocked with just about everything you could want, including R.O. drinking water and ice. The upper floor offers additional space to relax. It features a cozy sitting area and 4 built-in twin beds. The bungalow has central A/C, heat, and soft water for your comfort.
Guests have access to the entire bungalow, the front yard, and back patio deck with outdoor dinning and BBQ grill.
Hosts can be reached by phone, text or email.
An easy walk to both beach and downtown. Located on Dorrance Way, 3rd street from the beach, and one block from Linden/Downtown Carp. This bungalow is in a quiet and quaint beach neighborhood.
Guests can easily walk to most anything in Carpinteria from our cottage. Our location is centrally located to heart of Downtown Carpinteria and very close to the beach and Carpinteria State Beach and Campground. Onsite and street parking are available.

This home is incredible. The house is so beautifully decoratedand and they thought of everything you might need. Also the hosts are easy to contact. In my opinion you would be silly to stay anywhere eles in Carp!

Great Home, Great Location

The house is lovely, comfortable and well supplied with items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to downtown, the beach and walking/hiking paths. We definitely will stay here again when we are in the area.

Perfect Beach Cottage

The cottage was actually better in person. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds and very clean. We used the grill for salmon and ate outside. Two block walk to a beautiful beach with very few people. Early morning and sunset Beach walks were the best. 30 minutes ish to Ojai and Santa Barbara. Owner was very helpful with the few questions we had. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and Updated Beach Cottage

I grew up coming to Carpinteria beach as a kid and wanted to give my children a lasting memory - this cottage helped our family maximize the fun in Carp and had everything we needed - plenty of comfortable and kid-friendly beds, modern furnishings, extra supplies including a beach wagon and towels. Would 10/10 recommend!

Best ever!

My wife and I have utilize a number of vacation sites and this is , by far, the best (not kidding!) we have stayed. The hosts get how to do this....easy and efficient , guest-centered communications and accommodations. Ton of little, and no-so-little, touches to the recently renovated cottage that made our stay special. This cottage was well thought out, the host was superb and the town we hope to return to, well....it is a jewel. You will not be disappointed when staying here. Worth every penny. Adorable Bungalow, prime location

Property was newly renovated. Super clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Cute loft area with 4 twin beds. Easy check in. Two blocks to the beach and town. I’d highly recommend this property.

Let’s Do It Again

Great bungalow; completely renovated with high-end style & thoughtful finishes. Well located by main street & beach. Upper level was ideal for children and teens. Two ground level bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was great with adjacent outdoor deck w. gas grill. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for H2Omarking us!
