Welcome to Saginaw/Fort Worth,,,, home is just a few miles north of downtown Fort Worth. Saginaw Blvd is actually the northern extension of Main St from downtown. So it's a quick drive to all the great places around.

We always strive for 5 star reviews, so please reach out immediately if you need anything. I always call or text you before arrival for check in instructions.

Then SLEEP LIKE A BABY in the BLACK OUT CURTAINS in master bedroom. Master has remote for ceiling fan and light, just press the symbol for each.

Master has attached en suite bathroom. Nice soaker tub with a separate shower. Safety bars on both. Second bathroom, has combo tub and shower.

Great option for vacation or business,, see the sights, concerts and rodeos. Just hanging out watching the game. Business travel with high speed Internet.

Plenty of parking, two vehicles in driveway and two in front of house. 4 car maximum. This is home on a corner lot. In a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s fine to have some beer and a glass of wine or so on the patio or wherever. However, absolutely no loud parties. Please be very courteous to neighbors on noise levels and in general.

An anniversary, birthday celebration is fine as long as policy is followed.

We have a 35 foot covered back patio with a nice fenced in yard. Lots of seating and dining tables.

Lovely spot.

Would come here again. The place was amazing. My children loved it as well. Nice backyard to play in. The beds were comfortable. The place was easy to find. And it was so close to everything you would want to do in Saginaw/Fort Worth. I absolutely loved hearing the trains at night. Mrs./Ms. Janet is an amazing person. She will communicate with you if you need her. She is a sweet lady. I already miss staying there if that tells you anything!!

Not what we were expecting

The lock on the door didn’t work so we had to gain entry through the back door. Was charged more for additional people but the bed sizes were not what was reflected online. Dead ants along baseboards in 2 of the rooms. This is definitely someone’s permanent residence and it felt awkward being there. Personal things everywhere even under garments in the dresser. Didn’t have enough room in the freezer for my food because it was packed with the hosts food. Even though the host wasn’t there it felt like they were.

Great fenced backyard!

We always travel with our dogs so we are very picky about the backyard. This yard has plenty of room for them to run and it is safe! The house is great with plenty of room. It is also very well stocked with kitchen necessities!

Good location and nice home

The property was nice. Great location for enjoying the stock yards. Spacious. Comfortable clean beds. Not sure if this property is the property managers full time residence or not. It wasn’t particularly an issue for us. Just lots of personal items in the home. We still had room for our things and all. Just was worried about not disturbing their things.

Chic and Cozy in Saginaw

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this chic and cozy ranch house. They had plenty of seating for friends and family to visit. The master bedroom is spacious and lovely. The owner was communicative. It was centrally located with shopping nearby.

Listing was not as described

The property owner was very communicative and happy to accommodate. She answered texts immediately and asked several times if we needed anything for the house. The listing said there was a double sofa bed. There were two sofas that could be used as beds. The listing also said one bedroom had a queen bed and two twin beds. No twin beds. There were 3 less beds than described in the listing. We had 7 adults, 3 of them were single and needed their own bed. We didn’t have enough beds so two of our party stayed one night in a hotel in Fort Worth. The property owner texted me the day of our stay to say that they were having a fundraiser and there were racks of clothing in various rooms and they wouldn’t be in our way. With 7 adults, the racks really crowded our space. My husband likes to unpack his suitcase but the dressers were full of clothing. The refrigerator had quite a bit of food in it and the freezer was mostly full. I wasn’t planning on cooking because this was a quick trip for a wedding, but had I been planning to cook, I would have been upset by the state of the refrigerator. Again, with 7 adults, I would have needed more space than what I had. While the neighborhood itself was quiet, there is a train that comes through several times during the night. No one is to blame for that but it good for other customers to know. I am pretty easy to please and I’ve never left a review that wasn’t glowing. We’ll be return guests!

The owner made everything simple from check in, until our trip ended. She communicated throughout our stay as we had questions & she was quick with responses. There are grocery stores nearby in addition to fun places to eat, if interested in eating out! It felt like a safe neighborhood, which gave us piece of mind. Everything you need was set up at this home & that made it so much easier for our family traveling in from out of state. Highly recommend!

A place to stay but not a vacation home

We had no problems with the owner. However, this property did not meet our expectations compared to other VRBOs we have stayed at. We were expecting an escape for a few days, but the house had considerable clutter both inside and outside, and it was not as relaxing as it could be. When we arrived, there were items by the garage in the front, and the garage was filled with yard sale items, so we could not pull into the garage. The owner said this was due to a ladies charity event (the same one another reviewer mentioned in May? We stayed in October.). The photos did not reflect the furniture and art currently in the home. Some art pieces and a large mirror were on the floor, leaned up against the wall. Almost half the refrigerator was filled with personal items. In the master bedroom, there was a stack of boxes in the corner. There were personal items under the beds and haphazardly shoved in the closets. One of the bedrooms was missing a door, so we had to tack up a sheet for privacy. The master bath had dual sinks, but one of the sinks was missing the entire faucet and unusable. Air conditioning worked great. The living room TV was nice even though it did not get local channels. Patio furniture was shoved up against the house in the back yard to make room for non-outside furniture being stored there. The urge for us to clean and organize the clutter (but not being able to because they were not our items) made it very hard to unwind during our stay.

Nice House

The house was comfortable with a quirky sense of style. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again. The neighborhood had a couple motorcycles that were out and about late in the evening and again early morning. You can hear the train whistles but not as loud as you would expect. For us we had about a 20-30 minute drive to Dickies Arena for Rattler Days in the PBR.

Perfect home away from home!

The home is a perfect “home away from home”. Communication with the host was great, the couple of minor questions we had were promptly answered, and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. The home was plenty spacious for 4 ladies who love to over-pack, and still plenty of room left if there had been more people. The house was well stocked to do cooking on site and having misc. supplies and toiletries were a wonderful bonus. We spent our days away, but during the morning and evenings, it seemed to be a quiet area; it was a nice neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful modern home

Nearly perfectly located for our visit, we found the house very clean, well cared for, with just enough of that lived-in feel to make us feel at home. The owner was easy to contact, and easy to talk to. House had all the necessities close by. Overall, it was a great stay!

Stay Away

First thing first, the pictures online don’t match what the house look like. The house was junkie, we wasn’t able to go through the front door because the key pad was messed up. We had to go through the garage, the garage was full of stuff all over the place. You enter the house the laundry room was full of stuff, the kitchen was decent. Until we up open the fridge, it had rotten cucumber and tomatoes in the fridge and we didn’t have a lot of room in the fridge for our stuff. We dealt with that, but when we got ready to take our shower it was hair in both shower. When she told me that the cleaning lady had just left, then I went to go spray my bed down with disinfectant that’s when the nightmare began. I pulled the cover back it was disgusting, dog or cat hair was on the cover, some black and brown stuff was on the cover and some white stuff I don’t care to state what it looked liked. We wasn’t able to use any of the closet because the closet was full of stuff.

Weekend with the grandson!

We had a wonderful time! We were close to restaurants and stores and also close to our grandson! This is also a great place for your dogs with the covered patio and the large grassy area!

Sleep like a baby!

Want a great nights sleep in a cozy, lived-in property? This is your place!! Beds are sooo comfortable, cooling system is wonderful! The Stockyards are a quick and easy 10-minute drive. Trip in to Arlington was pretty easy, too. Property owner was super responsive to our needs and questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

House was very conveniently located for our needs. Squeaky clean, quiet and well stocked. Great covered patio and yard area for the dogs. A/C works!! We did hear some trains going through, but not really disturbing. Having a garage to pull into was awesome with the storms coming through! House lives much larger than it is. Will definitely stay there again, should the need arise.

Updated listing needed

Pictures should be updated as most of the rooms are no longer as they appear in the listing. Had we stayed more than a couple nights it would have been an issue. Last reviewer said the oven wasn’t clean and it still isn’t. Glad we didn’t need to use it. Dining room table is now the outdoor table from the photos. Back patio is in complete disarray. The pictures of back patio are not what it looks like at all! There is no outdoor seating other than maybe 2 chairs. The rest are dining room chairs and a couch! We had hoped this could be a place we could frequent often, but sadly it didn’t meet our expectations. Some positives: kitchen was well stocked (would recommend cleaning out fridge before next rental) and plenty of bathroom towels.

Quiet but needs some cleaning attention to the kitchen area

House was in a quiet neighborhood and the host communicated well. The microwave was really dirty, had scrub before using. Coffee pot had used grounds in it and the oven needed cleaning so we didn't use it. Other than that it worked out well for us.
