Your family will be close to all attractions when you stay at this centrally-located place.
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Bay Park has just had a complete renovation. The terrace off the living room offers breathtaking views. When you enter this updated house, you will be greeted with an open floor plan. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main living space area. A kitchen with new cabinets, quartz counters, a waterfall island, and designer flooring is also included in the main living areas. The terrace is a comfortable area to unwind, take in the scenery, and enjoy the outdoor living with loved ones. The contemporary kitchen has four highchairs where you and family members can sate your appetite! The french-style doors in this large room combines the interior and outdoor living spaces. At the conclusion of an exciting day, you may relax on the balcony and take in the simple pleasures of the sunset like the photos provided.
The bottom level has a nice living arrangement with a comfortable seating area, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a workstation for those who need to catch up on work or access the internet. This room provides access to the backyard space. The bottom level also includes a second master bedroom and bathroom. The bottom level gives the visitor the impression that they are apart from the others for peace and quiet.
Guest access
Single car garage. There's street parking in front of the house, as well as a driveway parking (driveway is steep and may pose issue with cars that are low). There is enough space for up to 2 vehicles (garage/driveway). Guests will enter through the side gate to the front door of the main house with the smart lock to access the living spaces. Code will be emailed after booking is complete.
