This place is a true 10! Clean, updated, comfortable bed and couch. Didn’t rent a car cause everything is within an easy walk. About the only negative is the noise from those attending the many bars from the sidewalk below during all hours, but earplugs resolved that. Definitely wee will be returning.

Great location. Condo was updated and very clean. Nice comfortable furniture. Beds were softer than we prefer, but still able to sleep well:) Hubby appreciated the BIG screen TVs! Kitchen was well supplied. Bathrooms had plenty of towels & tp. Communication was great. Okay so there is no ac, but when we were there the weather was just right. I would recommend to family & friends.

Best Arizona Escape

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach, in large part due to this condo and its location. Being right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops was perfect. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and has stunning beach views. We were able to walk to everything. It was also easy to get an Uber to more distant venues for those of us intimidated by driving in San Diego! Best beach house in Pacific Beach!

Wonderful location!

The condo was a perfect location for coming back and forth from the beach. Sunset views from the balcony, right on the. Boardwalk, and comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for relaxing getaway

The condo has everything you would need for a great vacation. The location is absolutely perfect. The location combined with the perfect San Diego weather makes it hard to beat.

Great location for family

Super happy to say we totally enjoyed this top floor condo over looking the beach. Great location to lots of quick eats, sit down restaurants, and Trident coffee. Unit was nicely updated, ocean breezes all day long. I am have A/C at home so i thought the heat would get me, but just open the sliding doors and it cools off quickly. Great access to beach, boardwalk was a huge plus. Elevator is slow. Love this condo and am definitely booking for next summer

My family has owned condos in this building since it was built in 1974. I was born and raised in San Diego. My parents used to do vacation rentals in the 1970's and 1980's, and then lease the condos long term. We recently decided to start doing the vacation rentals again.

This unit is much larger than the other, almost 1200 sq. ft, vaulted ceiling, top floor and direct ocean front in the heart of Pacific beach. Completely renovated, it has new kitchen appliances, new leather couches, chairs and 3 large flat screen smart tv's.
