La maison de plage familiale

Notre propriĂ©tĂ© de San Diego est situĂ©e dans le charmant quartier de Pacific Beach, Ă  seulement deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage et Ă  deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Mission Bay. IdĂ©al pour les familles, les retraitĂ©s et les jeunes couples, il possĂšde une cour arriĂšre (idĂ©ale pour les plus petits) avec un tout nouveau barbecue, des chaises de jardin pour raconter des histoires, ainsi qu'un oranger et un citronnier avec des fruits toute l'annĂ©e. ! La propriĂ©tĂ© a une allĂ©e avec une porte privĂ©e pour deux vĂ©hicules ainsi que le stationnement de la rue disponible - un grand avantage pour l'Ă©tĂ© dans cette banlieue populaire Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la plage de San Diego. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă  distance de marche (3 minutes ou moins) de non seulement la plage mais de nombreux restaurants populaires, bars, cafĂ©s / glaces, boutiques de la rue Garnet, et une Ă©picerie! Notre quartier est calme, mais proche de l'amusement, nous demandons Ă  nos locataires d'ĂȘtre respectueux de nos merveilleux voisins qui vivent dans la rĂ©gion toute l'annĂ©e. La maison a Ă©tĂ© construite dans les annĂ©es 1950 lorsque les rues bordĂ©es de palmiers des plages du Pacifique Ă©taient faites de sable, donc elles ont un charme de charme qui nous amoureux! Il y a un cĂąble, un lecteur DVD, un accĂšs Internet WIFI, et une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse Ă  la maison. Serviettes de douche fournies.

Présentation de la maison: cuisine, salon / salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, chambre principale (lit king), chambre 2 (lit queen), chambre 3 donnant sur une terrasse extérieure (lit queen), 2 matelas Je sais si le problÚme avec les matelas gonflables a toujours un problÚme), terrasse extérieure avec siÚges pour les repas et barbecue, jardin de taille moyenne avec arbres fruitiers, gazon. Il y a un studio privé au-dessus du garage ainsi qu'un garage privé à l'arriÚre qui partage la cour mais qui est verrouillé toute l'année.

The property was adorable and super clean upon check-in. We loved the private parking and close proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs if you have a large group as they only had a couple on site.

Fantastic property in great location!

-Great house - light and airy, lots of space for three couples, has everything you need for a stay of any length of time.-Great location - close to SO many shops, restaurants, grocery, etc., and, of course, close to the beach!-Designated parking so you don't have to search for a spot on the street.-Jessica was so easy to communicate with - she responded quickly to any questions I had, and was extremely accommodating! Great location walking distance from the beach, grocery store, and many restaurants. Very convenient parking - we have a large SUV and had no problem fitting in the enclosed driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

SD Beach House

Excellent property within walking distance to all you need to enjoy SD with family and friends. This beach house literally has everything you need to enjoy the beach. 5 min walk to the sand and pretty much everything else you would need. Perfect place to spend with family.

Hello! My name is Jess and my mom, Sue, is the owner of this wonderful beachside cottage and has owned it since 2011. We have celebrated so many wonderful family holidays and long sunny weekends in it! We rent the front house out year around. My mom has six daughters and she knows the value of a wonderful vacation for a family in a spectacular location. We are originally from a small town called Verdi, NV nestled in the mountains between Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada. Since my mom is a grandma to 7 incredible grand babies so far, she spends much of her time up North visiting all of the little ones and resides in Reno, Nevada. This being said we are so happy to welcome you into this wonderful place and now give you a place to call home for your stay in gorgeous San Diego, California.

This property is not just a house to us, it is a home where so many memories have been made over the years. Originally we owned a time share on Ocean Front Walk and had been coming to San Diego for years. As time went by we realized how wonderful it would be to have a place with an enclosed backyard, room to breath, and a private driveway in the beautiful neighborhood that we are in now. The Braemar District, where the home is located, was previously owned by the Scripps family. A condition of the sale was to make the 4 block radius behind the Catamaran hotel remain as single family homes. Since then, our little neighborhood has lived up to that regulation and is loved by so many in Pacific Beach. We hope to keep this home in the family for generations to come, while providing a beautiful and affordable vacation location for small to large families of travelers like yourself!

Our home has so much natural light coming in through the many white shutters that surround the living room, and it makes it feel so spacious and beachy. The all whites and sliding windows give the room a crisp and clean look, functional and beautiful. Also, the wood floors make it easy to clean sand up if you bring it in from the beach!
