There is a computer desk, high speed WIFI available so you can work while on vacation. There is even a mini gym corner (bench with a couple of weights) if you are keen to workout too! Cable and 2 Smart TVs are inside the 1800sq ft house. There is a washer and dryer at your disposal inside the 2 car garage. The house sits on a 10,000sq ft lot, so there's a private big back yard with some nice trees and space for kids to play.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 car garage, with a dining room, living room, florida room, and screened in patio separate from the screened in saltwater heated pool. There is 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, a baby crib, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with tv and cable. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed with a bunk bed and a trundle. In the Florida room/office, there is a sofa/futon which transforms into a nice king size bed, or two twin beds.

The house is a quick 5 minute walk to a local park with a lake. It is a 10-15 min drive to the local beaches. 15 minute walk to the train station (Magonia trirail station) which can take you to/from Miami International Airport. 10 min drive to downtown West Palm Beach. The house is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in West Palm Beach.
