Un Indian Rocks Beach originale 1930 Bungalow. Récemment mis à jour et meublé. Ce droit du chalet chéri sit sur la plage! Sortez votre porte de la digue et aussi loin que vous pouvez le voir il y a le golfe du Mexique. Vues de la plage de la salle de séjour, salle à manger et chambre à coucher. Les deux chambres ont un lit queen size. La cuisine est entièrement équipée y compris le verre dessus de la cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Un dépôt remboursable de 300 $ est requis avec cet appareil.

The location is amazing and we loved the outdoor space! It was so peaceful to sit outside under the shade of the trees. There are many restaurants, ice cream shops and a convenience store that are walkable from the residence. The kitchen was in need of some items. For example, we could've used some hot pads to get stuff out of the oven, as well as grilling tongs and plastic cups that are beach friendly. A couple nice beach chairs would have been great also. The beach chairs there are in very rough condition. Other than that, it was amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing beach stay

This little cottage was a wonderful relaxing beach stay. The tree out back was the best place to sit in the shade, listen to the water and watch the world go by!

Location all the way. Privacy was amazing. The only thing for me was it could use some deep cleaning. With me saying that the location and privacy definitely makes me want to come back. Thank you for opening this home so people like myself can experience being on the beach.

We just loved this little beach cottage! Nothing fancy but it was charming, secluded, and so close to the beach! We will definitely return!

Nice cottage

This property is directly on the beach. It’s an older cottage but has everything you will need. Bed are comfy, living room furniture is clean and comfy, and the kitchen has all you need to fix your meals. The in-house washer and dryer are very convenient. The yard could use some work, but we liked being able to walk right onto the beach. There is room for two cars to park. Overall, our stay was good, and we would return if we’re in the area again.

Located near amazing restaurants and fish markets. The house was furnished to suite the location. Seaside was on the spot with any questions we had. We 100 percent will go back. And we have already referred this house to family.

Great Getaway!

Family spring break trip w/ 11 and 17 year old. Vintage cabin feeling, full kitchen for meals. Beds were a little cozy size wise. Good enough for us. Plenty of bars, restaurants, 3 ice cream shops, bait shops with equipment. Would have been nice to rent rods, but had to buy and leave behind. Beach access and chairs were great for enjoying the awesome beach and views. Plenty of shells to be found on the beach with new ones appearing every morning. Nice sandy beach and water had sandy bottom. Plenty of close spots to drive for anything. We did a charter fishing trip......Just a great time all around. Rental office was very helpful with questions and recommendations. We will try and make it back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved 1204 Beach Trail! It was a piece of old Florida in a bungalow type home. Tucked in amongst tall condo type buildings, we found it to be a private paradise. The beach was steps away from the back door. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything a vacationer would need. The washer/ dryer unit and dishwasher were a bonus. Sharon and Taylor were right there to help with any of our needs. We booked again for next year.

It’s a wonderful old Florida bungalow.Fortunately, Sharon and Taylor were great about taking care of any concerns we had. We are going to rent a different condo next year since there are improvements needed inside and outside of Beach Trail.

Reviewer Comments: This cottage could be a very nice place if the outside was cleaned up (yard overrun with weeds,dead limbs on all trees). It is a haven for ant beds, roachs, and rats. The inside could also use some fixing up and a good cleaning.

great vacation

this was the perfect vacation spot for my family of 4.this place has two huge selling points.1. it's a private residence. you get your own house, not a condo next to a bunch of other people. its one of very few on IRB. 2. the backyard is the beach AND it has sun coverage/privacy provided by the florida grape trees. after the first day, we didn't even feel the need to bring our stuff out on the beach. we went in the water, and then we came back to the property to sit on the adirondack chairs under the canopy. incredible.....other positives: we were able to walk to breakfast and dinner every day. plenty of good options within a half mile or so.beach and bath towels provided. ac kept house cool.washer/dryergood water pressure in the showeryou need to understand that this house is Old Florida. it was built in 1930. the inside isn't modern, its not particularly fancy. But if you like the charm of Old Florida, love being in a standalone house on vacation and love having the beach as your backyard.........this house is pretty perfect.will be visiting again next year for sure.

It’s right on the beach and it’s surrounded by sea grape trees that makes it feel tucked away. We love that we can take the family dog. It is an old home that has been there for almost 100 years and is charming and cozy.

We both loved the old world feel of this beach house. It has everything anyone would need for an extended stay. It was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and a barbecue grill outside. The in house washer dryer unit was a big plus. We enjoyed the shaded area outside after staying at another place with no shade. We booked another 2 weeks for next year

I had an older house and can totally relate and thoroughly had an amazing experience. It was typical for places that allow pets. I am returning again next year.
