JUSTE RÉNOVÉ! 2 chambres / 2. 5 Bath 2 Story Condo - Accùs direct au golfe

Ce condo vient juste d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©. Il a une nouvelle cuisine avec toutes les nouvelles armoires, comptoirs de quartz magnifiques et appareils en acier inoxydable. De nouveaux planchers viennent d'ĂȘtre installĂ©s dans tout le bas.

Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bain de style Townhome offre l'escapade à la plage! Sunset Paradise offre un chemin direct de la piscine et du bain à remous à la plage. AprÚs une journée passée à profiter de la plage et de la piscine, faites un barbecue et mangez au bord de la piscine. L'étage principal de l'unité a une cuisine, une petite table à manger, et un salon, et un demi-bain. A l'étage, il y a deux chambres chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complÚte privée. Vous pouvez avoir tout le confort de la maison sur votre escapade à la plage. Cette unité est au 2Úme étage et est accessible uniquement par des escaliers.

Ce condo dort maintenant (6). Le lit jumeau décrit dans la chambre a été remplacé par un lit superposé. Les photos de la nouvelle configuration de la chambre sont à venir!

IRB Vacation

The property was very easy to find and great to have parking. Being so close to the pool and beach was perfect with kids. Pool was very warm and clean. Inside the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would be a little tight if you had 6 adults but with kids it was just fine. Overall great experience!

Perfect location for beach lovers

Exactly as pictured, clean and so close to the beach! There is everything you need for cooking if you choose. The pool was perfect for the kids while parents enjoy the sunset. Would highly recommend!

Great location, near the beach with a pool overlooking the sand. Only issue is that the tubs are super slow to drain. Take extra towels, wash clothes, and toilet paper though!

Family Vacay IRB 2024

We really enjoyed our stay in our condo. The condo was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys. The size was just what we needed as we did not plan on spending much time in the room. Cameron was a great host, who was always quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival.

The area is nice. Sunsets were beautiful at the pool. Good walking distance to good restaurants and bars! Weather was awesome!! We had a few issues, the sliding glass doors needs blinds to block afternoon sun and the carpet and couch need to be cleaned.

I wanted a place with a pool and on the beach to spend a week with my family. This condo was exactly that. It was clean and the bedrooms were large with separate bathrooms. The extra beach accessories were an added bonus. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The Host was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. This was a wonderful experience.

The place was dirty- dishes were filthy. The master bedroom bathroom was disgusting and outdated.The patio furniture was old and rusty.One thing I looked for when I book a condo. I always make sure that there is laundry on site when I went to go do the laundry. The washing machine made me throw up. I’ve been to Florida many times and this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

Review

This was an average property. The listing indicated the there was a coin operated washer and dryer on site in the complex. We found the washer to be completely full of brown muddy stale water. It was brought to the attention of the property manager and nothing was done about it during our entire stay. The dryer was unplugged and both were unusable. After it was brought to the attention of the property manager he gave us directions to a local laundromat.

Great Location at the Beach

We were a family of girl cousins and a grandmother staying for a girls’ weekend at the beach. The place was the perfect size and location for what we wanted. You can’t beat the pool right on the beach. We appreciated that beach chairs, towels and toys were provided. We thought overall the place could be a little more updated. The bedding, towels, furniture just need a refresh. More bath towels, dish towels, plates and cups would be nice. The laundry at the condo was not working during our stay. Also, we went in the pool one afternoon and it was brought to our attention by another guest that the pool had been treated that day but the signs were very poorly marked. There were other people in the pool too who were unaware. My toddler ingested the water and it gave me great cause for concern. I suggest leaving orange cones or a more visible sign when this happens. Overall we had a great time. If the condo had some simple updates and improvements, it could be the perfect place.

Beautiful family oriented vacation rental.

We enjoyed just about everything about this cute little condo. We didn't have the view of a beachfront but the access to the beach was a short and safe walk. You had everything we needed to have a perfect beach vacation including beach toys . Our only negative........There is a washer and dryer available but no easy location to pick up detergent. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family had a great time! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were amazing, with access to the Gulf right through a gate. Beach and pool toys available. Condo location was great. Much quieter area than Clearwater or St Pete’s. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Short walk to the beach!

This property is in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. We were presently surprised but the amount of beach supplies they provided us with. Overall the place is a little small to fit as many people as the listing says it does. I would say it fits 4 adults comfortably. Kitchen and living room is cramped but it didn't matter too much to us. We wanted to be as close to the beach as possible without spending a ton of money and this place was exactly that! Communication with the property manager was great. My questions were answered in a timely manner.

Perfect beach get away

Very nice condo with spacious bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms and comfortable living room. Condo units having direct beach access was wonderful. Also, the condo units had a nice pool.
