Quiet Waters - Un des bâtiments les plus populaires sur l'Intracoastal Waterway. ... Ce complexe est situé entre Clearwater et St. Pete Beach sur de belles Indian Shores directement en face de la plage avec un accès à la plage privée. L'unité a une vue imprenable sur l'Intracoastal depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Il y a une piscine chauffée et jacuzzi. Entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, suffit d'apporter vos objets personnels pour compléter vos vacances. Il y a tapis flambant neuf dans cette unité. Il y a 2 lits doubles dans la chambre principale, 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. Le mobilier de salon a été remplacé il y a quelques années. Newer TV écran plat dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la cuisson des repas de famille. Cet appareil est livré avec sa propre taille laveuse et sécheuse.

This was a great stay. The apartment was clean, safe and spacious. The balcony was a plus with a great view to the inner coastal. And we had our own beach entrance across the street. Walked to local restaurants, coffee shops and the pirate putt putt place with the kids. There was always plenty of parking and it was a quiet complex. Only issue we had was the pool and jacuzzi heaters were under construction so we couldn't use them, but they were switching from electric to gas so it wasn't the owners fault.

Best of both worlds

We loved staying in this condo! Across the street - yet steps away from the beach. The pool and hot tub on the inlet side is a beautiful quiet retreat.

Excellent Location!

This property was amazing. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. You could tell that the condo had been renovated. Very quiet area. The pool was never crowded. There are a couple of places to go within walking distance and lots of things to do with a short drive.

Wonderful vacation spot

I stayed here with my two daughters and it was fantastic! Perfect location, the new bathroom was impeccable, the view from the balcony was stunning. I could not find a single thing that I did not like about this place. Well, maybe some room darkening curtains would have been nice, but otherwise it was a dream!

Winter stay

We enjoyed the unit and the area. There were a couple of good restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. We very much enjoyed the beach and it was close. The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having views of the sunset from the front balcony and the sunrise from the back balcony & living room. The pool and grill area out back were also very nice. This is the only unit I have ever stayed in that did not have a guide in the unit that did not have a guide that told you where things were - such as we had to look for the beach access and where to put trash. There was a general guide for all properties managed by the property manager but nothing specific to the unit. It appears that some areas of the unit have been upgraded but the master bath definitely needs to be remodeled as the kick plate on the cabinet has rotted from the inside out, the doors if the cabinet no longer hang even and the mirror is beyond its useful life. The kitchen has everything that we needed except there is not a good set of kitchen knives. There are a few knives in the butcher block but some of those are broken as the blades bend back when you try to use them. Overall it was a good value and I would recommend the unit.

Make sure unit is cleaned prior to your arrival

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: unit was not cleaned and was dirty, unable to get a room elsewhere due to everything booked up. Had to CLEAN the unit before we could stay there or sleep in the bed. If office would have been open would have returned keys!!!
