Two-bedroom beach condominium in Indian Shores, FL
Recently renovated condo on the beach has all the amenities you could need for enjoying the sun and sand! This unit provides a view of the intracoastal waterway, with the beach right in your backyard.
Renovations made in summer 2024 include: Remodeled bathrooms, new beds, new flat screen TVs with internet and cable, new living room furniture, new dining room furniture, all new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and major appliances, new balcony furniture, and more!
PLEASE NOTE: Currently, the pool is open during limited hours while construction on the building is being completed. The pool is available for use after 4 p.m. Monday - Friday and on weekends.
Additionally, some exterior balconies ***IN OTHER PARTS OF THE BUILDING*** are undergoing a concrete and painting restoration project. While the construction is not happening in this unit's part of the building, there may sometimes be noise coming from other parts during weekday hours.

Welcome to Holiday Villas III, unit 408. This condominium has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Your view is of the intracoastal waterway and you have the beach right in your backyard! You have everything you need for your beach vacation right at your fingertips. The pool and grills make it easy to stay in and relax, or visit some of the many shops and restaurants that are accessible.
The kitchen was renovated just last year and includes all necessary appliances and supplies: Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and 4-slice toaster. Dishes and utensils are also available. The dining area seats 6.
One bedroom has a king bed along with a bathroom en suite. The other bedroom has two full beds. Both bedrooms have TVs.
There is a bathtub in one of the bathrooms and the other has a shower.
Each floor has coin-operated laundry for use during your stay.
There is a pool with sun loungers for use of all staying at Holiday Villas III. There are also grills with tables nearby for outdoor dining. Across the street is a boat dock and fishing pier.
You will have the use of a designated parking spot on the ground floor. There is an elevator available.
