At Brighton Cottage, you’ll find two fully furnished bedrooms in this Long-standing Tallahassee home originally built in 1940. The entire space has been thoughtfully revised, providing a contemporary and relaxed environment. The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare enjoyable meals. A washer & dryer and microwave oven are available for your convenience.

Enjoy an intimate cottage feel with a kitchen to cook in or make tea and coffee. New beds and mattress in both rooms. This house was originally built in 1940, so at almost 85 years old, the floors are a bit sloped, and the doors have moved a little bit. The home sits on almost 1.5 wooded acres and at night you can hear the resident owls hooting!

The remote-controlled space heater in the fireplace can be used without heat and has the lifelike effect of flames in the fireplace.

The coffee table converts to a small dining table by lifting the top and unfolding (see images).
Guests have full access to the home. 2 fully furnished bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The living room has a Roku television with Philo provided for free. Both bedrooms also have televisions with Philo as well. You are welcome to log in to your personal streaming services as well (i.e., Netflix, Disney+). The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi. All guests have access to a washer and dryer.
