Our condo welcomes you with three levels of comfort and charm. Here’s a more relaxed, natural version that sounds like a real guest:We stayed here for a week over spring break with our two kids and had a great time. The place was really comfortable and had everything we needed—easy spot to come back to after skiing all day. Plenty of room for the four of us and it felt clean and well taken care of.Location was super convenient for getting to the mountain and around Ketchum, which made things really easy.The management team was awesome—very responsive and easy to deal with the whole time, which you don’t always get.Would definitely stay here again. Great spot for a family ski trip.

Nice accommodations with everything you need. Cannot beat proximity to lodge and lift—it’s right out the front door! We had a wonderful stay.

Place was great. One thing I’d like to call out is the lighting. Most ski condos are a bit dark with very few lights, this place is beautifully lit with LED lighting.Pool was great, super short walk to the lift, beds were very comfortable. Two quick nits I’ll mention, but first 10/10, hope to stay there again.Man, many pots, but only one skillet and it needs to be replaced. Almostbought one to donate bc the one there we soaked for two days and still couldn’t get the scrambled eggs scrubbed out.Second is we were there during March madness, and that tv is too small for the size of the room. You are not doing family movie night on your stay.But those are two small nits, absolutely a fantastic rental.

Great Location Hot Tub!

We enjoy this unit and have stayed here more than once. The location cannot be beat, the hot tub/pool is perfect after a long day of skiing. The living area of unit is getting a tad tired and would benefit from a little sprucing (new couch pillows throw blankets) and restocking of basics (no wine glasses or plastic cups for pool). Overall, the beds are super comfortable, the unit very clean, and the location cannot be beat. Check in and all communication was prompt and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality!

Trip to Sun Valley

We had a great time here. This was the best location for ski in and out. 2 min walk to a main lift. I liked it as much as lodging that allows skiing to the door and skiing out. Restaurant right next to the house for apres ski. Ski rental right next to house. 1 min walk. Condo clean and updated. Comfortable for 4-6 people. Parking outside condo door. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was there is no cable. We like to watch live sports and news. Neither was an option. This may not be an issue for most people who have given up cable.

False Accusations of damage

We enjoyed our stay and the property but immediately after our departure we were falsely accused of damaging a door and a side table that we noticed was chipped upon checking in. We did not even receive a phone call to discuss just an accusation and a email saying our credit card will be charged . This was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. We of course would contact a property manager if there was damage . I will never rent from this property manager again . Ruined our trip

However, we wish to address your concerns regarding the damage report and subsequent communication with clarity and transparency. Firstly, regarding the damage to the door, our maintenance and inspection procedures are rigorous and consistent. Our team conducts detailed inspections and walkthroughs before check-in and after check-out of each guest, alongside weekly inspections regardless of occupancy. The damage you mentioned—a noticeable hole next to the door handle, which appeared to have been hastily patched—was not identified in any prior inspection or immediately after previous guests. This oversight is unusual, as such a significant and conspicuous issue next to a frequently used area like a door handle is hard to miss. The discovery was made when the patch was found to be still damp, indicating recent damage. We take the integrity of our properties and the trust of our guests very seriously. Our policies, including the request for guests to inform us of any additional occupants beyond the booked number, are designed to protect these interests. It appears there was a discrepancy in adhering to our rental agreement instructions, which may have contributed to misunderstandings. Regarding the method of communication about the damage and payment issue, our intention was to resolve the matter efficiently and transparently. We understand the importance of direct conversations and regret if the approach taken felt impersonal or accusatory. MVP Vacation Homes is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for all our guests while maintaining the quality and security of our properties.
