Great location and house!
We had a group of friends staying to ski and it was everything we needed! House had enough to cook a bit in the kitchen and lots of space to dry out all the ski things! The house is on the older size and the rooms are smaller so I wouldn't want to have to spend the whole day inside but the point of Park City is to get outside and the location is great! Easy to get a free bus around or walk to main street! Would rent again for sure!

So Many Stairs
Overall this was a great property! Very large kitchen with all the amenities. Plenty of bedrooms and space. There was a big area behind the house where the kids played and built snowmen. We also saw a Lynx right behind the house! The house is walking distance to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. And the house was clean and bright. Just a few things that I didn’t realize from the booking. First, the house is on a very busy main road. Second, the garage is not attached to the house. Third, there are lots and lots of stairs! You have two flights to get to the door from the car. And the the house is a 3 story house. And there is not room for an suv to park in the garage. The only other thing was that the deck comes off the kitchen on the second floor. And all the shoes, boots, and snow gear was in the mud room off the entryway on the first floor. So that was a bit of a hassle with little kids. They kept wanting to go outback and we had to run up and down to get their stuff. But overall nice place.
