First level has a separate bedroom with queen or king bed, and one full bath. Also, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room with gas burning fireplace, and balcony off of the living room and bedroom. Second level is a 1/2 wall sleeping loft with a queen or 2 twin beds and 1/2 bath. Suites with loft are located on the third floor of the Lodge and offer WiFi internet access. Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.
Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
