Villa Boaters Dream is the ideal vacation home for those who want to enjoy boating. With quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it offers the perfect base for boat enthusiasts. Relax in the pool or sunbathe on the south-facing terrace, equipped with sun loungers, a gas grill, a table, and chairs. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Smart TVs with Fubu TV are available in the living room and all bedrooms. Bright, welcoming decor adds to the charm.

Villa Boaters Dream is anything but an ordinary Cape Coral vacation home thanks to its unique interior design and decorator accents. Classic seaside style - white furniture is everywhere, and the dominating colors are Mediterranean, with shades of blue and light green. The overall image is rather like a beach cottage, further enhanced by the color-matched decorations, pictures and accessories. From the front door, you can see all the way through the house to the water.

The beach feeling continues in the south-facing patio, where the dining area, pillows and even the candles are held in similar cheerful colors. The "outdoor room" invites you to casual dining or desire to entertain with family and friends. On the paved area down by the dock, colorful chairs invite guests to stop for a while and relax. The home features four flat screen TVs, a radio with surround sound system, a phone and Wi-Fi.

As the name suggests, Villa Boaters Dream offers a perfect starting point for boating enthusiasts. It takes only about 5 minutes, and you’re on the Caloosahatchee River without having to deal with bridges or boat locks, ready to head out to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island.

Cape Coral Yacht Club and Community Park is located directly on the Caloosahatchee River and offers a landscaped public beach with a playground for the kid, BBQ grills, picnic tables, bathrooms, a fishing pier and a public boat ramp.

There is also a community center, racquet ball and tennis courts, an Olympic sized pool and a kiddy pool with underwater bubbles

For your comfort, you will find the following equipment in the vacation homes in Cape Coral managed by us:
