Wonderful!!!

The property manager was most helpful and checked in several times to be sure we didn’t need anything. The property was absolutely beautiful and well appointed! The location was great and it was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and bars! A great experience that we will certainly repeat when headed to Louisville again!

Beautiful house in a great location.

Our party of 7 was visiting the area for a sporting event. The house was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean upon arrival. Our party of 7 had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house is located in a great location with plenty of options of restaurants and shops to walk to. The property manager checked on us several times and communication for check in and check out was seamless. Absolutely recommend you will not be disappointed.

This total renovation of a 1902 single family residence is located in the “Heart of the Highlands” with has stellar views of eclectic Bardstown Road with one of the largest front yards on the strip. The comfort of this residence makes it a fabulous addition to our portfolio and is within walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, bars and all things Louisville.

This wonderfully comfortable and centrally located, light filled property is filled with every amenity we appreciate when we travel. This one-level, 2200 square foot residence feels like home with premium lighting and airy spaces, consisting of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The bedrooms (2 Kings, 3 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all 4K Smart TVs. The bathrooms are well lit, spacious, and sparkling clean.

We offer a laundry area with washer & dryer.

All new furnishings, all new smart TVs and Power Strip with USB C, 3 Outlets 4 USB Ports (in every room) and high speed WiFi with secure connection.

This elegant residence boasts an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and dining with custom bench seating (3 chairs) for up to 10.

The stylish and comfortable living area features a 75" Samsung TV. Each guest will experience a premium Bose S-1 Pro Bluetooth Speaker for easy playing of your favorite tunes.

Front or back porch sitting? We have plenty of space! On the front porch you will enjoy the custom railing and beautiful landscape rocked in coal. Only in Kentucky!
