Communication from booking to check out was great with Josh. Property has tons of space and is very clean and welcoming. We appreciate Josh for letting us stay in his home. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Everything we needed in the kitchen was available , loved the entire house.. windows to see all around property.. loved having windows in the bedroom open at night for fresh air. loved being able to talk walks with my pet.. Felt very safe. and the outdoor Dog fenced in area was a great touch..

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at the house! Josh was incredibly communicative with us throughout our stay, and the house was perfect for us. The backyard is very spacious. Quiet and safe neighborhood, that is conveniently located as well. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a family!

We had a wonderful stay with 8 family members! The home was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores and restaurants. There was plenty of everything, from space, to cleaning supplies, to linens and towels. The owners had thought of lots of details.We stay in short term rentals often, and this has been one of the best!

Great family house

We had a great time staying here while in town to visit family. It had everything we needed. The rooms were well stocked, everything was clean and worked well. The yard and neighborhood were very nice.

Perfect Stay

Stayed here with a group and can’t say enough good things about the house. It was clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels in every room and extra hygiene products in the bathrooms. The open layout downstairs and kitchen met all of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Place to Stay

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We had a group of 7 friends and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together and have their own spaces. The backyard is large amd secluded. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Home away from home

This house was exactly what my family needed to all get together for the holidays. Clean, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. Host went the extra mile and had some holiday decorations setup for us to make it truly feel like we were coming home. Will definitely book again.

Property had plenty of room for my large family. We felt right at home. Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Beautiful neighborhood. Place was very clean, well stocked, and host was very responsive to questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

Downingtown Trip

We had a pleasant time at the house. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had many extras. We enjoyed the coffee and tea. There were games for both indoors and out. Playing the piano was a treat. We'd stay there again.

Visiting Family

It was so nice to check in to Josh's home. Felt like a home to us. Every comfort was thought of, every detail we could need or want was there for our use from a forgotten toothbrush to games and more . Wonderful Oasis during my daughter's wedding week

The house was perfect for our family to get together during my daughter's wedding. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to stores & restaurants. Easy to get on and off the highways. Josh was friendly and very responsive to our questions. I'll probably be renting again since my daughter and her new husband have made the area their home. Thanks, Josh!
