Chester County Oasis with Pool, Modern Ammenities, Tranquil and Private

I never had a guest like Renee. The house was left trashed with fast food, bottles and sheets all over the place. She never communicated directly with me. Pillows all over the floor. She left the house mid rental and I never heard from her until after she asserted the house was causing her child and husband to get ill. It was more like food poisoning from what I could gather seeing what they left on the wood island and fridge. She sent her issues to Vrbo - claiming without evidence the house was causing her child and husband to be sick. Many of us are sensitive to allergens and we do a pretty good job of preparing the house. Yet, there are always unknown causes we can't predict well. House has been tested and it is normal. Vrbo handled the complaint without me. I found out Renee left the house when I was offering to put down salt on an icy night during her stay. She never once sent me a text saying there was a problem. And, given most of may family are very sensitive to mold, dust, dander and pollen, Renee's claims after leaving without communicating anything - was her way of trying to get out of paying. It Took two passes to prepare the house for the next guess. Yes, during the fall and winter season, dead bugs do build up in the screens and window jams of most houses. It was December. We have terminix service monthly and on call externally without spray. And, we do clean the place with organic cleaners, use bamboo sheets and pillows.
