Sterling Breeze is a relatively small beach front, upscale resort on the west end of Panama City Beach. Only 143 units compared to others with hundreds of units. This means easier access to elevators, pool, and all the amenities. Walk to Frank Brown Park, and Pier Park!! Nothing but the beautiful pool and hot tub between you and the sugary sands of the beach. Located on the 14th floor with an awesome view of the beach and ocean from the balcony as well as the unit. The Master bedroom is on the ocean side with access to the balcony. Sterling Breeze is the ONLY complex with a BBQ Grill on each balcony. Our unit is beautifully decorated with high end amenities, including quartz counter tops, and tile floors. The kitchen is very well equipped, and includes everything you will need. There is a 50in. flat panel smart TV in the living room and additional 40in. flat panel smart TV in the master bedroom. The quest room also has a small flat panel TV.
All Internet WiFi is provided at no charge in our unit and in the lobby. Building amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, seasonal wine bar and cafe by the pool with great seating and multiple large TVs and a fire pit. There is also a state of the art fitness center, with views of the beach while you work out. The resort is within walking distance to Pier Park, which features great dining, entertainment, and shopping. You'll find over 25 restaurants like Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Reggae J's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Guglielmo's Italian Grill (and more) for your enjoyment.
