The space
Gianna's place is a sweet clean studio unit with a king size bed, full bathroom, and fully functional kitchenette. It is perfect for anyone who wants to experience a more local vibe & affordability while staying in the luxury destination location of Princeville.
Guest access
While in Gianna's place you will have full use of the sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. There is also a big lawn outside the pool where kids can play. Princeville has a community center and playground a mile from the condo. The unit is a studio with a 10x10 lanai which makes for a spacious feel. The table and kitchenette area are also found on the lanai.
"Gianna's Place" is the Lockout to another listing called "Princeville Happiness". These two units are adjoining so if you have more people you could rent them both and sleep 6-8. Check it out.
Other things to note
The Sandpiper is a great place to stay, the sparkling pool and jaccuzzi are cleaned daily. There are 2 BBQ's fully equipped and ready to go, from propane to BBQ utensils. The complex is family friendly with local Aloha welcoming.

While your in the condo there will be a parking pass for you to use that is for any unmarked space. Please hand it in your car for the duration of your stay. If parking is tight you can park on the grass areas inside the lot. Please return the pass to the unit when you leave. Lost passes cost $50.

Please make sure all garbage is taken out daily and especially that all garbage is taken out when you leave. The tropics are wonderful but bugs can be a problem if garbage is left unattended. Thank you ahead of time for this consideration.

Our neighbors are local residents and you will be living in a condo where families live as well as vacationers stay. Please be aware that some of the units have children and there can be toys, camping gear and such about. You may also see porches full of shoes as it is custom to not wear shoes in doors!
