As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by an open and inviting floor plan designed to make the most of your beachfront experience. The living area is adorned with beach-inspired décor, creating a serene atmosphere that complements the breathtaking Gulf views. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa, ensuring ample sleeping space for your group, and access to YOUR private balcony providing front row seats to dolphin watching.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts everything you need for culinary adventures. From a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals to a dining area accommodating up to 6 guests. There's plenty of room for shared meals and quality time. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, adding an extra touch of comfort and convenience. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and connects to the hall bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen- size bed, providing ample restful space for all guests. Settle down for the evening with use of flat screen tvs in the bedrooms and living room. Step out onto your private balcony to bask in the salty breeze and soak in partial Gulf views. Best condo we’ve stayed in!

We have stayed in so many condos in Destin/FWB area. At least 10+ places and it’s been the cleanest and nicest places we’ve stayed. The beds were comfortable which is rare and it was nicely updated! Would easily book here again!

We had a wonderful time. This was our 3rd time saying at Sea Oats. This condo was well stocked, newly renovated and the nicest out of our three stays. I would definitely look into booking this one again.

Getaway to the beach

Loved this property! The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and nicely accommodated our group. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. Being able to walk to the beautiful beach was perfect. We found great restaurants & some shopping. Weather was a bit cloudy but did not deter walking the beach.

This condo is perfect! Extremely convenient location with a beautiful beach. The interior is meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. Every detail and space was considered for function and esthetic. It’s better than the pictures! Would definitely come back, if I’m staying in this area.

Great stay for family spring break

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The sea oats was awesome. Everything was newly refurbished and all the appliances were very new. The views of the golf are awesome. Great location as it was a little less congested and busy as Destin is. If we ever had any issues, the staff at legacy was very accommodated and was able to respond quickly.

We winter often in this area and this condo/property is a new favorite! The condo is beautiful,furnishings including beds comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with all that's needed and more. Natural light and balcony gets a double thumbs up!!Last but not least is the management company (Legacy Vacations). A true pleasure; both professional and responsive. Upon arrival the condo was move-in ready (even the baseboards were clean). The Sea Oats complex is well maintained as well. A wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!

The condo is nice, updated, and very clean with nice comfy beds. We spent a lot of time on the beach front balcony where you get a nice view of the fireworks show off the pier. Kitchen is well outfitted with appliances and cook wear. There is an ice machine in the bar area which was super convenient and a drink fridge. Communication with the property management company was excellent. Beach access was super easy with no stairs in and out from the beach which was helpful for the older members of our group. Beach was busy, as to be expected with summer, but not over packed despite the fact that there are lots of condos in the immediate area which was great. It does come with beach service which is two chairs and an umbrella, but more chairs cost upwards of 50. Only minor complaint is that there is really no where external to the condo to store beach chairs, tents etc which are inevitably sandy no matter how much you rinse them, so we were having to store chairs in vehicles and sweep up sand in the condo constantly as there is no other place for sandy things. But all in all a wonderful place to stay and We would totally stay again!
