The living room with the pool table and electronic gaming table were hands down the best entertainment for our group. The gaming table was the center of attention every night! A plethora of TV's throughout the house, great bathrooms in each bedroom and an incredible pool area with plenty of seating, TV and grilling area! 1906 Tampa is our family’s personal homage to our favorite things about historic Tampa. Our kids loved discovering the stories behind the custom mural we commissioned for the pool area almost as much as hunting for hidden Mickey’s at Disneyland.



IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTE:

Our home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing stay. We strictly enforce our Quiet Hours policy from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM—this means no outdoor noise, loud voices, or music during these hours.



If your trip planning involves late-night gatherings, loud parties, or amplified music, our home will not be a good fit. We use neighborhood-friendly noise monitoring devices (which measure volume levels, not conversations) and may terminate the stay without refund if the policy is violated.



We welcome respectful guests who will enjoy the property and treat our neighbors with consideration. If that sounds like you, we’d be delighted to host you.



The huge, open concept main floor offers a well-stocked chef's kitchen and bar area, a dining area, and a spacious living room. To top it off there’s a game area including a poker table and pool table with multiple TV’s just like a sports bar.



Slide open the glass walls to seamlessly extend your entertainment options to the pool and spa area, outdoor living and dining spaces, an outdoor grill station, and a well-equipped gym with a convenient half bathroom. Play music throughout the house, pool and patio area, and even in the garage, on the custom sound system.



There is plenty of parking to include a private 4-car garage as well as plenty of street space available.



"1906 Tampa property is absolutely amazing. The home was actually portrayed as advertised. This place was immaculate and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were decorated and designed with great thought. Each room had its own bathroom, which was a bonus. The spacious floor plan allowed all of us to be together whether we were cooking, watching TV or playing games. We were definitely entertained with all the amenities provided, from the extra large screen TV, pool table, the gaming table, jacuzzi, pool, gym equipment, bikes and more. I Would definitely recommend this for a large family or group. Daniel was an excellent host. Very clear communication, and prompt responsiveness, provided pertinent information and clear seamless check-in instructions. BEDROOMS AND BATHS:



Upstairs is a Master Suite, as well as three other fun-themed bedrooms with ensuite baths.



The Master Suite has a luxurious king bed, and the en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower with 2 rainfall shower heads.



Your family and friends will love choosing which themed bedroom they want to stay in:



• The “Flamingo” bedroom and bath features a queen bed.

• The "Vintage Car/1906” bed and bath, featuring a queen bed.

• Or the “Film/theater” bed and bath, which also has a full bed.



Downstairs, you can have even more guests in the bunk room that features two single beds. There is also a powder room, as well as a convenient half bath outside near the pool on the garage side. Hidden in the mural is an outdoor shower!



Please note the STRICT outdoor quiet hours policy in place from 10PM to 7 AM every day of the week.

Guest Access:

You will receive a digital guidebook that has lots of information about the property and things to do in the surrounding area. An email will arrive with check-in instructions and lock codes.



Other Things to Note:

Film and commercial shoots are allowed but must be coordinated prior to booking. No parties, weddings, or any events may be held without prior coordination. The house is not open to any more guests than the listing says without prior coordination. There are security cameras in the front of the house, the back of the garage, inside the garage, and the sides of the house. No cameras capture any of the personal or entertainment spaces around the pool and patio or inside the house. A Strict OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS POLICY is in place from 10 PM to 7 AM every day of the week to ensure our neighbors have peaceful enjoyment of their homes.



During the cooler months, the pool is heated to 83 degrees. The spa heats to 102 degrees.
