Beaucoup d'intimité sur un lac à 20 minutes de Disney avec piscine et spa privés.

Villa de 4 chambres nommée «Paradise Found» est située sur un lac avec beaucoup d'intimité. La véranda a une piscine chauffée orientée plein sud avec un grand espace pour se prélasser autour d'elle. La piscine a le chauffage solaire qui est gratuit. La piscine a également le chauffage au gaz en supplément pendant l'hiver, ce qui est payant si vous le souhaitez. . Il y a aussi un bain à remous adjacent à la piscine pour ajouter à l'expérience (chaleur du bain à remous incluse dans le tarif de location de base). Il y a beaucoup d'oiseaux et d'autres animaux sauvages à apprécier car la propriété borde une zone de conservation. Imaginez un endroit comme celui-ci et à seulement 15 minutes de Disney!

La chambre principale spacieuse avec un lit queen-size dispose d'une télévision à écran plat. Il dispose d'une salle de bains attenante et d'une porte coulissante donnant sur la piscine. Une deuxiÚme chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une télévision à écran plat. La troisiÚme chambre a des lits jumeaux avec TV. La quatriÚme chambre a des lits jumeaux et une télévision.

La salle familiale est adjacente à la cuisine et dispose d'une nouvelle grande télévision à écran plat avec cùble et Netflix inclus. Il y a aussi un salon spacieux séparé qui jouxte une grande salle à manger pour les repas en famille. Le salon et la salle familiale ont de nombreux siÚges pour tous et s'ouvrent tous deux sur la piscine filtrée.

La cuisine entiÚrement équipée dispose également d'un bar pour le petit déjeuner pour un repas rapide ou une boisson.

Il y a aussi une salle de jeux séparée qui a une table de billard et une table de ping-pong pour le plaisir en famille!

Pour couronner le tout, il y a une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Toute la maison est équipée d'Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit (wifi gratuit) pour garder tout le monde en contact. Bien sûr, la maison dispose également de la télévision par cùble, de la climatisation centrale ainsi que du chauffage pour un confort toute l'année.

Dans l'ensemble, cette maison est une escapade de vacances parfaite avec un prix abordable.

We stayed here for a card game tournament and absolutely loved our time. Everything in the house is VERY clearly marked with instructions, information, and acceptable use. The additional amenities in the hot tub, pool, pool table, and table tennis table are all nice. The property was easily found and accessible. The location make travel easy and there is a convenience store outside of the neighborhood. The owner even accommodated our parking delimma and gave us multiple options for a 3rd card. Perfect stay, perfect location, and incredible owners. Very attentive on all fronts, including communication. I plan on rebooking for my next trip to the area.

Clean, Spacious, and Private

My kids and I had a great time staying in this lovely home. The house is well stocked and comfortable. The pool was really nice and the neighbors houses weren’t too close. The host is accommodating and replies quickly to any communication. I would definitely book this house again!

Very nice home, responsive host

House was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was just as described. The pool was chilly so we paid the extra 100 to have it heated. There was an issue with the dishwasher leaking, and the host addressed it promptly. Overall, it was a delightful trip!

Great Vacation Home!

Everything was perfect. Great being in a home instead of a one room hotel room. We all loved it and the hot tub and heated pool were great bonuses. The neighbors and neighborhood were great also, very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were to be in that area. The hostess Maria was so nice and very helpful. Quick to respond, although we had no issues at sll.

Fantastic family honeymoon

Maria was a wonderful host with a beautiful home in a quiet area that was well located for trips to both Disney and International Drive, via much nicer scenic routes as opposed to the stress of the freeways. The home was extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday with all ages. We travelled with our 17 month old son who had just started walking and the house could not have been better set up for a little one, including cots, high chairs and even plug socket covers. Maria was fantastic to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. The lovely pool area overlooks a fantastic lake with lots of birdlife that we enjoyed watching when our little one was napping. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

We spend two weeks in this property this August during our Florida adventure and we absolutely loved it. For two weeks this property was our house and we felt like we are at home. We were with 4 adults and 3 kids (teenagers). House is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The location is also fantastic. Not in the holiday park, but just between the locals. Maria (the landlord) is absolute star, professional and such a friendly person. We never really had any issues, but she from time to time checked on us and ask if everything is OK. Also big thank you to the boys who were taking care of the swimming pool, which was very important part of the house for our "teenagers". Even though we didn't spend a lot of time there (very busy visiting schedule), whenever we could we would spring there and it was always clean. Once again big thank you Maria for letting us stay in your beautiful house. Monika and the rest ♄

Great Stay in Crescent Lakes

We (family of 4 with children aged 12 and 10) have just returned from a great holiday in Florida staying at this villa in Crescent Lakes. The villa itself is your 'standard' large property in Florida with 4 bedrooms and pool etc but what really sets it apart is the owner (Maria), how clean it was, the little touches and extra things included that you don't expect and the peaceful location and setting. The location of the property is a little way out of the busy part of Kissimmee / Disney area but for us that was nice as when we were at the house (not often as most of the time we were at the parks!) we felt we could relax and it was quiet. The property is also not overlooked at all - you have 2 neighbours but they are a good distance away and kind of face a slightly different direction so you have good privacy when in the pool at home. The lake is also lovely to look at and my son was fascinated that there was a real alligator in there which we saw a couple of times! In terms of the villa itself; as I mentioned above it's of 'standard' design but the reason for the great review and rating is that it is spotlessly clean, there are loads of thoughtful touches like night lights in some sockets, non-perishable food like coffee has been left so you can use it and there is everything you need in terms of cooking / utensils etc plus the host is friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. Journey times to Disney are about 35 mins and Universal 45 mins but easy enough.

Great Property!

We enjoyed this property so much! The master bed was comfortable which was a pleasant surprise because it’s hard to find a vacation rental with comfortable beds. The house was well stocked and because of that we didn’t have to buy much. My children loved the pool and my wife and I loved the hot tub after a long day in the gym at a volleyball tournament. Marie was quick to respond to any questions. I caught a couple bass in the pond behind the house. I highly recommend property!

Family vacation

The communication was great with Maria. We also loved the house. The pool and hottub were nice to have after a long day. House was very clean and nice. Neighbors were friendly. Things I would do for us next time is heat the pool sometimes it was a little chilly so if not swimming in the heat of the day definitely heat the pool. Besides that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you. âŁïž
