The Space:

Welcome to this stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom pet-friendly home located in beautiful Brunswick, Georgia. This elegant raised-range home boasts an array of features that make it a dream vacation home for those seeking comfort, luxury, and entertainment.



The Space

As you enter the home, you are greeted by an inviting and open living space with plenty of natural light. The formal living room and dining room exude classic elegance. An open-concept kitchen connects seamlessly to a seating area, making it perfect for family time while meals are prepared. The main level also includes 3 bedrooms and two full baths, including a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite master bath with a soaking tub, offering a spa-like experience for relaxation.



The downstairs features two additional bedrooms and a full bath. It also includes an expansive area is dedicated to entertainment and recreation. It includes:

• A billiards table for friendly games and competition.

• Ample seating for card games or socializing.

• Theater chairs positioned in front of a 65-inch TVs, creating the perfect experience for movie nights or sports events.



We provide high speed Internet as well as a smart TVs with all the streaming services available for you to access with your subscription.



The backyard is adorned with a well-maintained, fully fenced yard, a covered porch, fire pit, and towering Spanish moss-covered oak trees, which provide ample shade and a quintessentially Southern charm to the property. A two-car garage provides secure parking and storage space.



The home is conveniently located, with a 20-30 minute drive to the beautiful coastal islands of Georgia, offering opportunities for beach trips, boating, and water activities.



Note:



There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



The garage doors are manual.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $220 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
