Guests can also enjoy access to the array of amenities including 2 pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, sprawling lawns, charcoal grills, picnic areas, and a fish cleaning station. There's even security on-site during summer months and holiday events. Right off of 11th street, in the golf cart zone, the Island Retreat complex is close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many Port Aransas, TX activities!

- This HOA/Condo strictly prohibits pets of any kind, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we canât guarantee that you wonât hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
