About this space
Enjoy the perfect vacation in our completely renovated home, perfect for your entire family.
3BD/2BA sleeps up to 7 with room to spare. Amazing work room plus air hockey table and a private upgraded pool! 3 car garage parking plus driveway and street parking.
Close to stadiums with easy access to football, hockey, spring training, dining, shopping and much more!
Spacious open kitchen, dining room, brand new washer/dryer AND work space with blazing fast Wi-Fi makes for a great vacation home!
The space
Our home is recently upgraded and furnished with brand new furniture and appliances.
The couches are all equipped with USB chargers.
You will love the modern style inside almost as much as you’d love the outside pool and lounge area.
Located in north Phoenix, this is the perfect gathering place for families, with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a work/entertainment room.
Upon entering through the front door, you will find yourself in the living room with the open kitchen and dinning area. To the right is the hallway with two bedrooms and a full double sink bathroom. The last bedroom has a double pull out sofa.
The master bedroom is located next to the hall. You will enjoy a separate 75” tv located in the master bedroom.
Next to the master bedroom there is a work station with a brand new computer and an air hockey table! Challenge your family and friends to a game of air hockey! The table keeps the score for you!
The backyard paradise will be one of the highlights of your trip with patio furniture, bbq, and a pool!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and backyard. 24/7 self check-in with a smart lock!
Other things to note
Kids under 12 HAVE to be accompanied by adults on the patio and by the pool, as the pool does not have a gate or lock.
Cameras are installed to monitor occupancy and for emergency situations only. No cameras focus on living or private areas.
Although this home is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, ONLY registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a zero tolerance policy for party and events. The city of Glendale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines and the removal of this listing.

House was in a good location, quiet neighborhood, pool was decent size and covered patio was very nice. Was nice to be able to use garage especially on hot days. Host was very responsive to questions. Updated house with new appliances and plenty of space for family of 4. I would just recommend more linens for those staying longer days to not have to do so many loads of laundry for clean towels. Also tile floor was really nice but could tell not cleaned well socks and feet were pretty dirty at end of the day. Good stay would recommend it to other people.

No surprises. Beautiful, clean, home. 2 adults. Glendale great area, this location has everything. Close to shopping and to too many restaurants to count. Excellent food everywhere. Great location for day trips-Sedona, Cave Creek, Verde Train ride in Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Jerome, Lake Pleasant, including Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix to name a few. (We stayed 2 months) Quiet neighborhood. Neda great Host. Very nice and quick to respond to questions. Unable to use pool, never got warm enough. But backyard was still relaxing to sit in sun or shade and read. Nice,quiet outside atmosphere. All tho we did have a few hummingbird visitors which was nice. Will certainly return when we are back in the area.

Perfect Fit

This home was just what we hoped for our visit to see our grandkids. The home was lovely with a perfect lay out to accommodate our family time. We would definitely want to stay here again on our next visit.

USTA Tennis Tournament

We traveled to the area for a USTA Tennis Tournament in Surprise but chose this lovely property in Glendale for local conveniences and proximity to Surprise (the tournament's location) and Phoenix (the ASU college tour). The property was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We will definitely check for the availability of this property if we travel back out for another tennis tournament.

Great Home Away From Home

My son and I were in town for a baseball tourney (his, not mine) and stayed at this wonderful property. First impression was how clean and spacious the house was. Lots of room for the two of us to spread out - my son had his own bedroom wing with bathroom, while the master suite was large and well-appointed. Outside was also terrific, and my son had a friend over to enjoy the pool. Lots of good food around us, central to tons of stuff and we'd stay here again for sure. Lovely hostess, communicative and thoughtful...you can tell she cares about her rental, her guests, and the experience. Five stars. Thank you thank you thank you!
