Enjoy Panama City Beach in easy, family-friendly style at this beautiful home, newly built in 2019. It's the perfect setting and location - about a quarter-mile stroll to the beach itself, with a private hot tub, a fenced backyard, and a fun-filled game room waiting to welcome you home.

This single-story home sits around the corner from beach access at Rick Seltzer Park, where you'll find a great swimming area, white sand dunes, a pavilion, picnic areas, restrooms, and even parking if you choose to drive. This is also the perfect home base for exploring, with St. Andrews State Park, Signal Hill Golf Course, and such attractions as WonderWorks, ZooWorld, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! within two miles.

You'll begin and end each day outside in the backyard, which is thoughtfully fenced so your kids can play safely. Sip your morning coffee on the covered, furnished patio, bring out the cornhole set in the afternoons, and spend your evenings basking the warmth of the fire table and hot tub.

The interior exudes modern comfort, from the open layout to the contemporary furnishings. Yet the house is also well-suited to families, offering such touches as a high chair in the dining room, a bunk room with a selection of toys, a laundry room, and a game room with foosball, Pop-a-Shot, darts, a TV, and other sources of entertainment. Other wonderful features include a lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances and multiple smart TVs throughout the house.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
