I am very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the lack of internet and TV service during your visit. I want to assure you that we did our absolute best to work with the internet provider to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the provider determined that the outage was caused by an issue with the outside line, which severely limited our ability to fix it from the property itself. We were entirely dependent on their service technicians to resolve the external infrastructure problem, and we are incredibly disappointed that their delays impacted your stay so heavily.
