This ground floor unit has an open concept layout with light flowing in from the floor to ceiling windows. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils and stainless steel appliances. The dining table comfortably seats four with additional seating for three at kitchen bar. The spacious living area has a comfortable sleeper sofa and mounted flat screen TV. Take advantage of the private patio and within steps of one of the pool areas. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The peaceful main bedroom features a king-size bed with black out curtains, flat screen TV, and access to private patio. En-suite main bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and flat screen TV, the second bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Getting Around:
Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is located 5.1 miles east of Hwy 59, 5.5 miles west of the Florida line and a little over 6 miles from The Wharf. Next to Tradewinds Condominium.

For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips! Just a little under 6 miles from the world-famous Flora-Bama Beach bar.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a gated community with a total of 5 buildings. Buildings 1 and 2 surround the tennis courts. The indoor pool and sauna/steam room are located by Building 1. The two outdoor pools are in front of building 3, 4 and 5. This condo is located in Building 5

Guest Access:
*Seaside Beach and Racquet Club does require parking passes. Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in. Parking passes can only be purchased from guard (credit card only) and they are $50/parking pass with a limit of 2 vehicles. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.

SPRING/SUMMER HOURS: Pools, fitness room & tennis courts will be open 8am to 10pm. Security guard will be on duty 8am to 4am.

No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
