The Space:

Booking age requirement is 21 years of age or older!



When walking into the unit, the laundry space with washer and dryer is to your immediate left.



As you walk down the hallway you will see the 2nd bedroom/bathroom on the right and the kitchen area on the left which leads into the living room.



The patio access is directly off the living room space and the primary bedroom suite is directly across from the living room.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds.



The unit can comfortably sleep 4-6 depending on all adults or if small children will be staying.



The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and the dining space features a 4 seater table and kitchen island with 4 barstools.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to everything inside the unit with private patio.



Guest are able to park for free in spot 41 directly in front the unit door. Guest parking can park in a guest parking spot with parking pass which will be provided in the unit.



Guest will also have access to the outdoor pool and quick access to the beach!



Interaction with Guests:

Orange Beach Life Property Management will be available to assist guests before, during, and after each guest stay.
