Enjoy your own private hot tub in this standalone cottage located inside Margaritaville resort. Located off 192 in Kissimmee 5-10 minutes to Disney parks and 20-30 minutes to Universal Studios and Seaworld.

The Promenade at Sunset walk which is inside the resort (walking distance from cottage) has over a dozen restaurants that cover every type of cuisine you can think of

**At this time Short Term Rental Guests are not permitted access to the resort pool or fitness center. H20 Water Park (located in the same plaza) has day & season passes available for purchase. Refer to their calendar of open dates as they close for 3 months every winter**

The cottage was very neat, and clean. The kitchen area was well supplied. It's conveniently located to restaurants and shopping and Disney parks. It's in a very quiet part of the Margaritaville resort. The beds were comfortable. Also, I liked it they don't allow pets. That's hard to find these days. Overall, very nice place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Kiwi! The location was perfect, just a short drive to Disney. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store is not too far either. After a busy day at the parks, it was nice to relax in the hot tub, maybe with a margarita! The cottage itself was great, very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Matt was awesome with communication and was quick to answer all our questions. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’d absolutely come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

Fabulous condo for family trip

Wonderful place to stay overnight. Nice furnishings. Good room layout for family. Convenience of washer and dryer. Host was quick and responsive. Thank you for a terrific stay.

Beautiful hone in a quiet safe Community

Margaritaville is central to everything! Ross, TJ Maxx , Marshalls for all you shoppers! Sunset walk is full of bars and restaurants and only a 10 min walk away. The hot tub is an added bonus!

Highly recommend

We stayed just shy of a month. Great place to stay, clean, check in was easy, beds were comfortable. Safe area has a 2-mile walking path around the resort. There is a mall and Water Park within walking distance. Wasn't able to use the pool but the hot tub was a nice added bonus. Parking is right in front of the cottage. The Host was very responsive would recommend this place. Would stay here again.
