Good location

Nice property and great location. Had no power at check in and took a few hours to resolve. Fred was great at communicating and getting the issues resolved however Evolve put me on endless hold and never called back as requested. I will avoid renting any property associated with Evolve in the future.

Great, convenient location

We love the location. So convenient to WDW, great restaurants, and shopping. The host was quick to address the issues we had. The neighborhood has nice wide sidewalks for walking, with lots of things to do. We did run into a problem a couple of times getting into the community pool, the use of which the listing states is included in the rental, but could have been some overzealous employees running the desk, and just our experience.

Overall, everything was wonderful. There are a few things to adjust. The coffee maker k-pod part did not work. It would not puncture the pod. We could not get the dishwasher to run. Tried 3 times. It would be nice to provide some extra linens such as fitted sheet for the pilot bed

Good condo, but everything else is under par

The condo is well kept, but everything else leaves much to be desired. The kitchen has a bare minimum appliances and worn out pots and pans. Owners should stay in some really good Vrbo listed places and see what they provide. Those things don’t cost much, but add tremendous value for the customers.

2024 quick vaca

The house was pleasant. The younger adults had ample enough space upstairs. And my wife and I enjoyed our space. The only issue I had and it’s nit picking, was the access to the hot tub and porch was through our room. So as we went to bed the “kids” had to go through our room. Which was aggravating. But all in all wonderful.

Good Stay and close to amenities

Overall it was a good stay. Wish there were pools on site that we could have used. Washcloths were not provided. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 7 people. We had to go buy more. Cleaners need to pay attention to dust build up on door ledges and ceiling fans. Fred was attentive when I emailed with questions. Back door never fully locked the whole stay which ended up being a good thing as one of the house key cards was cracked and no longer working. Overall the house was nice and served its purpose. Would I stay here again? Not unless access to the main pools was given as a hot tub in Florida heat serves no purpose. Easy drive to Disney and all attractions.

Family trip

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. It was conveniently located to Walt Disney World. We also visited Universal Studios, Canaveral National Seashore, and Blue Spring State Park during our stay. The property is further from those places but it was not a difficult drive except for traffic at various times in the Orlando area. The area around the resort has plenty of restaurants and a conveniently located Publix.The home is comfortable for a large family. Our group included two adults and three children. The children all had their own room upstairs. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs which is great for families.The access to the resort is easy and straightforward using Google Maps. There is a gate to the complex but only requires a simple push of the button to enter. The gate for leaving the complex opens once you are close to it. There was plenty of parking in front of the home and easy access to the home itself, which is great for a family with small children.The decor in the home is tastefully done and matches the Margaritaville theme of the resort. The home overall is well maintained. The lack of access to the resort amenities did not impact our trip at all. We spent most of our time at the theme parks and the state/national parks. We had a great time on our trip and would stay at this home again.

Overall a fun stay

Love Margaritaville.... great time. The house had great space. Appreciated the extra beach towels and access to resort pool! . Wished for extra blankets & better cleaning though. Management responded quickly to request when outlets didn't work. Overall we had a fun time.
