Historic Tiny Cottage 535 dans le quartier historique de Savannah Construit en 1872

D'une taille approximative d'une chambre d'hÎtel, ce chalet historique a été construit dans les années 1870 et est niché entre Jones Street et Charlton Street dans le quartier historique de Landmark. Vous aurez votre propre buanderie privée.

Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'à Clary's Cafe ou Fox et Fig Cafe sont tous deux à peine à 2 pùtés de maisons de la maison. Il y a littéralement des centaines d'autres restaurants à moins de 0,5 à 1 mile de cette adresse!

La salle de bain a une douche. Nous fournissons des serviettes et un sĂšche-cheveux.

Petite cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, petite cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur miniature avec congélateur séparé et évier de bar. Nous fournissons des ustensiles de cuisine de base et une cafetiÚre goutte à goutte réguliÚre de 4 tasses.

Lit queen, grand placard.

Le stationnement est gratuit dans les rues voisines. Vous ne pouvez pas vous garer dans la voie, mais vous pouvez décharger juste à votre porte, puis garer votre voiture sur Jones Street, en utilisant la porte latérale dans la cour partagée de ce complexe de 3 chalets pour accéder à votre porte arriÚre! Il n'y a pas de mÚtres dans le rayon de 1 bloc, donc aucun permis n'est requis pour votre stationnement. Vous devrez changer de camp vendredi et samedi, car le nettoyeur de rue vient à Jones vendredi soir pour un camp et samedi soir pour l'autre camp.

This cottage was in a great location- most beautiful street in Savannah! we were within walking distance of restaurants, trolleys, etc... parking was easily available and free. We walked to Forsythe Park and Bull st nearly every day. We would absolutely stay hear again. The cottage had everything we needed and wasn't too sm. Bed was comfortable. The building is old however and everything leaned inc doors:)

535 E. Charlton Ln

The cottage has a lot of character, was clean and just the right size. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the patio. Nice quiet neighborhood. All in all, we were very happy with these accommodations, and the ease of booking and timely communication made our experience enjoyable.

Our stay

The property was in a historic house and had a lot of character. It was clean. Location was excellent in the historic district. The coffee pot did not work, but was replaced promptly. The main issue with the little cottage was the fact that street lights shined in the windows through the blinds at night letting in a lot of light. This made it more difficult to fall asleep. I would suggest some blackout curtains or blinds to help with this issue.Overall it was pleasant worth the price.

We were having problems getting in so I called. The woman I talked to was not very friendly at all. She was condescending and not very friendly. She seemed annoyed that we were having trouble. Once we figured it out, we walked in and the place was dirty. We arrived at 3:15. Check-in was at 3. As we were looking around, the pleasant cleaning person said she needed 20 minutes. The room was ready by 3:55. The woman did a great job. Everything was cleaned. The place was smaller than expected.

This Tiny Cottage is perfect for two. Adorable, Loved the wood everywhere. Great location. Parked car and walked everywhere with exception of driving to Tybee Beaches. But the drive there was very easy.Used the stovetop, fridge, shower, and the washer with dryer. Very convenient and large to have access to right in Our place. Bed was comfortable. A bit bright of light comes through the windows. Bath towels are Awesome. Soft and absorbent. The courtyard is very nice. Created great new friends with our neighbors in the other tiny cottage. Pleasant experience, highly recommended.

Great Stay!!!!

Wonderful place to get in and out of for shopping, sightseeing and eateries. Facility was very clean and easily accessible. Great for two people. Very relaxing. Extremely clean upon arrival. We also left it clean. I would recommend this cute little cottage. You will enjoy.

It’s a little cottage

Pros: great location in the historic district, not too far from Clary’s restaurant and the trolley stop. It’s small as advertised so the corner shower is a tight fit, just saying.

Perfect spot to roam the town

This spot was the perfect spot to walk around the historic district! It had easy, free parking to access the house. The space can feel a little snug for more than one person but totally doable. The noise was very minimal.

Cute 535

My daughter exclaimed, "Everything in here is tiny! It is a tiny cottage!". A good place for my daughter and I for a few nights. Clean and comfortable. You will need a few items from home: coffee and a bar of soap for the shower, but otherwise has enough for a short stay. Good communication from host.I would say that the door at 535 needs repaired as it has a significant enough gap around the lower side boarder and base, but other than that it is as described. Thank you for the cozy rental.

Great location. Front street entrance unappealing with neighboring properties. Rear entrance was very nice. a keurig coffee maker would be nice. The exhaust fan in bathroom needs repaired. Need to have a new bed and upgrade mattress and bedding.

Nice and cozy

Very nice stay, I would recommend some curtains and a complimentary coffee. When you wake up and you want coffee, you have to leave early morning. It sucks!!

Great value!

Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Quaint, cozy, quiet, and a nice courtyard area. Close enough to walk anywhere, but far enough off the main drag that it’s peaceful. Highly recommend for the value and location.

I chose Savannah because of the big city feel of the events and tourist traffic combined with a small town sense of knowing people everywhere I go. I love the beauty of the relatively tiny one-square mile walkable downtown Historic District area. I love the familiarity of everything here combined with the constant influx of new energy from the college and the visitors from all over the world.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I have never seen anything quite like this Historic District cottage compound! What a great opportunity to help me meet the housing needs for the 12 million tourists + executive housing phone calls I get daily. And since I used to live on the same block I knew first hand this was a great location. I get calls every day from people who do not need a lot of space and want convenient lodging in the Historic District with a low price. This is it!
