Tiny Cottage 537: Studio rénové dans le propriétaire du quartier historique

Tiny Cottage 537 a tout pour plaire! Buanderie privée, une cuisine, un lit Queen confortable et, surtout, une maison authentique du quartier historique de Savannah dans un excellent emplacement à pied!

Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'à Clary's Cafe ou Firefly Cafe, tous deux à peine à 2 pùtés de maisons de la maison. Il y a littéralement des centaines d'autres restaurants à moins de 0,5 à 1 mile de cette adresse!

Faisant partie du complexe triplex d'un chalet historique d'un cheminot (ce n'est pas prÚs des voies ferrées actives, ne vous inquiétez pas), ce chalet dispose d'un espace de cour partagé avec une passerelle vers Jones Street. Il n'y a pas d'espace intérieur partagé dans cette location, vous aurez donc beaucoup d'intimité.

C'est un super endroit pour quelqu'un sans voiture. Si vous avez une voiture, le stationnement de ce chalet est gratuit dans la rue (Jones Street). Cet emplacement est Ă  800 mĂštres du bord de la riviĂšre.

The cottage was very comfortable and had all the amenities necessary. The location is right off of beautiful Jones Street, a very quiet and peaceful spot. We walked into the town. We parked right on the street and it was free.

Bottom of apartment door rubs, which makes it a bit difficult to enter. (Best bet was to kick the bottom of the door.) I would have liked some sort of communication with the property owners, even just an email to say “Let us know you’ve arrived and have settled in.” It was very much an absentee landlord experience.

Loved Tiny Cottqge! A bit of a walk to town, but not bad and a nice way to learn the neighborhood. Enjoyed the comfort of the cozy surroundings with all the things we needed. A great WiFi a parking was convent. Mary was responsive when we asked a simple question. Highly recommend!

Wish we stayed longer

Great two night stay. Good location close but not to close to main historic downtown. Definitely a historic building with slanted floors and gaps in doors but that was part of the charm. Would stay here again.

I chose Savannah because of the big city feel of the events and tourist traffic combined with a small town sense of knowing people everywhere I go. I love the beauty of the relatively tiny one-square mile walkable downtown Historic District area. I love the familiarity of everything here combined with the constant influx of new energy from the college and the visitors from all over the world.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I have never seen anything quite like this Historic District cottage compound! What a great opportunity to help me meet the housing needs for the 12 million tourists + executive housing phone calls I get daily. And since I used to live on the same block I knew first hand this was a great location. I get calls every day from people who do not need a lot of space and want convenient lodging in the Historic District with a low price. This is it!
