It was an amazing place to stay outside of the grand canyon. This was our home base for hiking and it did not let down. We saw antelope grazing on the way down the drive and heard coyotes at night. Would definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

The property was huge and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. She may want to replace the two ceiling fans in the two living rooms. But other than that, it was perfect. Thank you. The 1/2 mile road to the property was rough, but once we got there we were very comfortable.

Loved being back a dirt road with house situated on the natural landscape. Very comfortable. Room for all of us to spread out. Great to come back to after a long day at Grand Canyon.

Awesome, spacious house just 30 min from the Canyon! The house is larger than it appears from the outside and perfect for our group of 7. There is a large master suite and five bedrooms so there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the long dining table and spacious kitchen as well. Lots of appliances and utensils, although a garbage disposal would've been nice. Really liked the rustic feel and decor, and everything was clean. The location is great--large and secluded lot, and just a 30 min. drive to the Grand Canyon, 20 min. to Tusayan. Communication was clear and prompt. I highly recommend, especially for large groups!

Trish's property was perfect for our visit to the Grand Canyon. There was 10 of us so we feel lucky to have found this spacious home to stay in at a reasonable price. It was very clean and well kept and just a short drive (25-30 minutes) to GCNP. Trish was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property to others!!!

So glad you stayed. It is great to have your own private spot to relax and let the kids run. I know the snow caught you off guard but it sounds like everyone enjoyed their time at the house while waiting for roads to be cleared. ( much more fun in a house than a hotel room).

Plenty of comfortably space, Super quiet place not too far off the highway to Grand Canyon. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Great directions from Trish and very prompt answering our questions.Only concern was the dish washer was inoperable and the Host was notified.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others visiting the Grand Canyon.Yes its a short drive on a gravel road but the reward is a quiet comfortable home with plenty of space.

A great place for a family vacation to the Grand Canyon. Secluded out in the country is exactly what we wanted but close to the Canyon. Beds were comfortable and large kitchen and dining table were great for family dinners.

This home was convenient to Grand Canyon and met our needs for entire family including a 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 year olds. Good place to see the stars as it is fairly secluded. Would recommend.

Spacious home just outside Grand Canyon

We stayed here with a big field team geologizing in the Grand Canyon. The home was a cheerful base of operations, with a big kitchen, lots of room for everyone, and mere minutes from the South Entrance. Looking forward to staying again.

For where it is at, you can’t get any better. A wonderful, spacious home on a large private lot. This is my second time staying here and I plan on staying here again.

Away from crowds but close to Grand Canyon entrance,

All five adults loved this property. It’s an easy 20 min drive from GC park entrance and much more affordable than the hotels in Tusayan or in GC park. We also enjoyed havi g kitchen, separate bedrooms and common area.
