A convenient location on the edge of the first Cul De Sac as soon as you turn into the community with excellent street parking for up to four vehicles. This Rental has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and five beds. Furthermore, there is a full kitchen with a dinning area, two living rooms and a covered outdoor patio. With its great location and amenity's this rental provides all the necessities to support any of your Austin adventures!

We cant stress enough the big advantaged of this rental is its location. With easy access to retail and grocery stores you can stock up on supply's and be back home with in just over ten minutes without having to deal with highway traffic. In addition this rental is about fifteen minutes from the river, Downtown Austin, or any of this cities main attractions. This property is a split unit where the guest will have full access to every part of the house except the “unit B” located in the garage.

Excellent price for a 3 bedroom. Great for entertaining and cooking meals. Well stocked with everything you would need. Back yard was very nice for early coffee. Having 2 living areas was great, especially if you have children. Would definitely book again.

We were there for my granddaughter's track meet. The house was very comfortable. It was in a good location. The only little issue we had was addressed quickly nlby the owner. We woudl stay here again and recommend the house to others visiting the area.

Manchaca home

Lovely space, great outdoor patio, nice furnishings, quiet, safe neighborhood. Plenty of space for our 6 adults and 3 children. So close to Texas Keeper Cider, shopping airport, foodtruck yards and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Best place I've stayed at in Austin!

This house is only a few minutes away from endless entertainment (bars, shops, restaurants, gyms) and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Austin which made it a perfect location for my friends and I to hangout for the week! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! 10/10 would recommend!

It was a great stay! Only confusion was with the guest in Unit B but we were able to get in contact with the owner and clear everything out! The owner was very helpful and made sure we were all good!

Great rental

The house was really nice, very clean, and had all of the amenities we could want. Great location and easily accessible to Austin. The host, James, was great. Super easy check-in and clear, timely communication. He even left a cute welcome gift with some drinks and snacks. Overall great stay and I highly recommend!

Great location, quiet stay

We really enjoyed our stay here in Austin. It was convenient enough to get to the venue I was getting married at and it was out of the way of traffic. We did have some issues come up during our stay, such as TV remotes being missing, one of the bedroom TV’s being broken, and the ice maker not working. We communicated these with host and he tried to work with us on a solution for all the issues. Very much appreciated! The only thing I can think of that might need work is letting the people staying there that certain things are not working at the moment before you start your stay, that way they can be prepared for that. Other than that, we had a great stay! We would stay again!

Good overall

Everything was as listed. There was evidence that the bath tub had not been cleaned and by the bottom of our socks that the floor was not mopped well. To be fair, I am an inspector by profession. Could use a good deep cleaning, but, it was a great location. All towels and linens were perfectly clean. No bathmats, so we used a towel. If you have six people consider bringing a few towels and pillows if you use more than one each. Very nice host. The parking was no big deal at all and we never heard or saw unit B guests. No problems.

Great spot in an amazing location!

My recent stay at James' house near downtown was simply amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more perfect place to hang my hat while I was visiting the city. First of all, I have to give major props to James for his clear and frequent communication with me throughout my entire stay. He was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The place was clean and the bed was super comfy, and I slept like a baby every night. Another plus is there are so many beds available for having friends over or hosting. But what really blew me away was the outdoor space. James has created an oasis in the heart of the city, with outdoor seating and a tv to watch football or a late night movie. And to top it all off, the neighborhood is simply delightful! It's quiet, safe, and filled with friendly folks who really made me feel welcome. I loved being able to easily get to all the cool shops and restaurants nearby. All in all, I would highly recommend James' place to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Austin. Thanks again, James, for making my stay so incredible!

Great location

Our stay was a breeze. Communication with owner was great. Check in process was smooth and the location was minutes away from everything you’ll need. House was as pictured. Clean rooms and complimentary bathroom soaps, tissue and linen. My only issues id address is there is only 1 TV in the house which is one in the living room. None of the bedrooms have TVs. One room did have a TV but after communicating with owner he advised it was damaged. However, there was a Tv on the back patio which was nice during the day to sit out under the covered patio and chill. But other than that if your a tv person there are none in the rooms. Second I’d say parking is not great. Yes it’s communicated that the driveway is not available for parking but parking on the street was kind of hard because all the street parking was full. However, we made it work. Overall, the stay was successful and I would book again if ever in Austin.
