We loved our stay here. Claudia was incredibly accommodating and communicative. The check in process was very simple. The location is accessible to many popular places and was a very easy walk to the arena. When I booked, we had initially planned for only 2 of us but had a third family member join us. My only complaint is that the pull out bed is not well advertised. It is impossible to sleep on comfortably. The couch itself, however, was a very comfortable way to sleep!I would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself!
