Perfect location and friendly host

The location of this property cannot be beat. Walk to beach or walk to st Armand’s circle with all its shops and restaurants. Add a heated pool and a friendly host and you have everything you need to make a perfect family vacation

Great house & location

Loved the house, pool and rooftop patio! The house is complete and in a great location. A walk to St Armand’s Circle, coffee shops, restaurants & shopping and the beach!! We had a great stay!

Perfect location. Lovely well appointed home with modern updates.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this quaint throwback mid-century home that had an old world feel with modern upgrades. Showers were great. Walking distance to St.Armand's restaurants and shops. Excellent walking neighborhood. Would love to stay here again. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Our whole family loved this rental.

Magnificent Mid-Century

The house is great, and in the most perfect location. My family really enjoyed going to the circle for shopping and food, and the beach is a few blocks away. :). Owner of property is very nice and is great with communications.

We give our guests space, but are always available. Exchanging travel stories and getting to know one another is a pleasure; however, we respect that some folks just want to keep to themselves and that is okay too!

I'm from Rhode Island originally, went to college at Eckerd in St Pete and have lived in Sarasota for more than 10 years. My wife is a native. We are both involved in our community and my wife works with at risk youth. We are well traveled and enjoy sharing the best of Sarasota with others!
