We were looking for a single story home that my 90-year old mother in law would be comfortable in, with an en suite in the master bedroom. This house was exactly what we were looking for! It had upscale appliances, including an amazing refrigerator, and very nice bathrooms with great shower heads! It is off a main road but noise was never an issue. They were very accommodating for an early check-in and easy to communicate with.

Very Nice Place To Stay For The Football Game

Four of us stayed here two nights to see a football game at the University of Texas. Easy check in and the house had everything we needed for our brief stay. If we come back in a couple of years, we'd gladly stay again.

Great for family with teens/young adults

This house was perfect for our two nights stay in Austin with our college students. The house has modern decor and appliances, and was very clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. We loved the large kitchen table for our dinner with family!

The kitchen had everything we needed, though tea bags and coffee creamer would have been nice. The host checked on us via message. The house was pet-friendly with a fenced in back yard. The yard did need mowing and there was stagnant water in the bottom of a barrel in the backyard, so lots of mosquitoes. One side is next to a busy road so it was kind of loud. Overall though, it suited our needs and was comfortable and safe.

Beautiful house!!! Great location!

Our stay was wonderful-the house is beautifully remodeled! It’s pristine clean and it was very safe. Large backyard for our dog to play was perfect. The owner is very kind and accessible. Highly recommend and will stay there again!

Long weekend getaway

In town for the Texas-csu football game. Very clean property. The best stocked rental house I’ve ever stayed in. The only downfall is the busy street nearby so can hear the traffic at night.

The house looks newly remodeled. Very nice throughout. Beds comfortable. Great water pressure in showers. Close to UT campus and downtown. Backyard nice for the pup.

This property has a great location, is roomy, our family felt very comfortable inside the layout. We also appreciated the fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dog. The check-in process was mostly easy, although we had to try multiple times to put in the code before it would let us in. We did encounter some issues with cleanliness and noise. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were filthy, specially the one in the primary bedroom. The towels provided were folded and put away damp/wet. The host did kindly offer to send a housekeeper and offered clean towels when notified, but after an 8 hour drive, we preferred to not be disturbed and I had started washing the towels myself. The host did state that she would personally take care of all my concerns before the next guest arrives, which I really appreciated.The property is located near a very busy street, the traffic noise was an issue for us. There was also ongoing construction on the sidewalk to the side of the house.
