Random things to note: If you would like to order late-night delivery, please instruct driver to deliver at entryway of drive along Chicon St (some deliveries have accidentally been sent elsewhere and waken up neighbors). The property has outdoor security cameras facing outward towards street and alley; two at front of the house, one alone the back alley and another on the side of the outdoor patio.
