Great location. Close to downtown and The Gulch. We came for a concert at The Truth and couldn’t have been happier about the location. The unit itself was very clean. Plenty of space and beds for a group of 8. Will look to book this anytime we come back.

The property was very impressive. Decorations were so fun and space was perfect. Although, our bathroom was not clean. Mildew on the shower curtain and dirt on the bathtub was disappointing. The rest of the house was beautiful.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in and access to the building were incredibly easy, and the app made everything really convenient throughout our stay. The concierge service was a nice added touch and very helpful. We also took advantage of the pool and really enjoyed it. Overall, a great experience and a place we would definitely recommend!

The unit was clean and beds were very comfortable. Check in with the door codes was confusing in the beginning but once you got the hang of it was ok. There is a homeless shelter next door so we did not walk to Broadway but Ubers were quick and reasonably priced.

The property is very stylish and all of the beds are very comfortable. My group had a great time! One think other travelers should know is that the house has limited cleaning supplies and does not have other kitchen supplies that are usually available at VRBO’s like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. The host was great at communicating and responded quickly to any questions I had!

Great place to stay for our girls trip! Host was very responsive. Nice size bedrooms, beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved the porch. It was about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Broadway depending on where we were headed, so that was nice. The island in the kitchen was great. The only suggestion would be more seating in the living area since it sleeps up to 12. We pulled in chairs from the dining table and it was fine. The long dining table was nice, but maybe more seating and a smaller table. We would stay there again!

The property served us well as 4 persons attending and exhibiting at a trade show in the Music Cuty Center. Easy walk. The concierge Lawrence was fantastic and needs to be commended for her attitude towards customers. The unit could have been supplied with facial tissues ie Kleenex and another trash bag would have helped. In the site description you should note that the coffee maker is a drip style and not a K-Cup style. We were prepared for K-Cup. We very much enjoyed the unit and look forward to Future stays.

Very nice spacious property. A little far walk to Broadway if weather is bad, but numerous ubers for reasonable price.
