Welcome to 2 Spanish Moss Road! This beautiful and spacious five bedroom, five bathroom (plus two half baths) home can sleep a group of up to twelve guests + features a private pool and spa.

2 Spanish Moss Road is located very close to the Harbourtown area of Sea Pines & a short bike ride away to the beach. It is also a great spot to be close in proximity to the annual RBC Heritage Golf Tournament without having to worry about parking! Walk along the leisure trail adjacent to the home to be in the heart of the front nine action (holes 1, 2, 8, and 9) in under 8 minutes (approx. 600 yards).

A nice perk of this home is that it is dog friendly allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax. Please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog.

**Additional Information**

• Distance to Beach: This home is 1.5 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. It is a very easy bike ride to the beach & bike racks are available at the Beach Club. You can also take the seasonal complimentary beach shuttle (which is available when parking is not permitted at the Beach Club). No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying typically mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm. The seasonal beach shuttle lot is a short bike/drive away from the home.

• Pool/Spa Info: This home has both a private pool & spa + an outdoor half bathroom located by the pool. The pool is a freeform shaped pool approximately 25 feet at the widest and 30 feet at the longest. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Dog Friendly: This home allows one dog total per reservation & it must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog + pay the additional pet fee.

The home was perfect as an overflow house for our Thanksgiving. Great location to HT. Lots of great extras offered at the home. And lots of room for puzzles, games and TV watching. And the rental company was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Sea Pines Home

Perfect spot for a big group vacation. We had 4 adults, 4 college kids, 2 teenagers and plenty a room. House was well stocked in the kitchen and the pool area was perfect. Property Manager was great and very responsive. Will definitely rent this house again.

Location is perfect!! House is very spacious. We have our whole family meet there and we all had the space to spread out. Property management was great!! We had an A/C issue, called and they had some there in an hour and had it fixed. This was our second time staying there and we will definitely stay there again. Only thing missing is a second refrigerator, maybe for the garage. We did a lot of eating at the house since they have an amazing outdoor space.

RBC Heritage stay

Your house was perfect for our family of 8. We were a short walk from the RBC Heritage golf tournament. we went every day and loved coming home to the pool at the end of each day. We loved the large and well equipped kitchen and all of the spacious bedrooms. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home!

Reviewer Comments: The house was perfectly designed for our large family! 2 adult children with spouses and single adult child had plenty of room upstairs and our other adult child with spouse and 2 little ones were perfect for the 2 queen bedroom with all the extra space! Gram and Pap had the master on the first floor! The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of seating for our whole family and other families that were staying in Sea Pines as well! The property was clean and well-maintained. Could use a fresh coat of paint to clean up some marks etc. The pool was great after a hot day at the beach!We are returning to HHI for a family wedding in February and hope to stay here again!

The Perfect House

We absolutely loved this house. So spacious, so clean, and so convenient. It is a 10 minute walk to Harbour Town and an easy bike ride to the Beach Club, shops, and plantation ruins. It has three separate areas to hang out and watch tv/movies, a large garage to park the cars, and house the bikes we rented with the credit we received for booking the house. It is a quiet part of Sea Pines so the house is very private. The pool was perfect! Two families could easily stay in this house, if so desired. Yes, we would stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to prospective renters.

Family vacation

This place was amazing! We went as a whole family - us, our adult kids and grandkids. This house gave everyone room to spread out when we needed to and had great spaces where we could all hang out together. All of the bedrooms were good sizes and they all had their own bathrooms. We had to call the property manager the day we arrived due to us making a mistake and they were incredible, they answered right away and were at our place in less than 10 minutes. Then one day the heat went out in the hot tub, we called and again in less than 10 minutes they were there and had fixed it. Cannot say enough good things about the place!!! The location was the best because it was close to everything. We cannot wait to go back next year or sooner!!!!

You could tell the home was largely a rental and not maintained well, other than basic cleaning. Nice pool, but fire ants on the pavers. Master was roomy, but the bed was like a rock, and you could feel springs. The tile showers had black mold. Bugs found in house. Many lights didn't work. Poor lighting in main living area. No lamps only obnoxious can lights. Entered home and smoke detector was beeping. Took many trips by staff to fix, by eventually removing the detector. Area above the garage didn't cool well.

Reviewer Comments: We had 5 couples stay in this gorgeous home over New Years last weekend... it is new to the rental market, but the new owner has done a great job trying to stock the house to make guests feel welcome and at home. We did a lot of cooking and most utensils and pots/pans were available. They were also very receptive to any suggestions we had about a few additional items we thought would be nice to add. The management company was extremely responsive to any and all of our questions. The location of this beautiful home is exceptional as well... easy bike ride to the beach, as well as Harbor Town. We would definitely rent this home again!

Very nice seating with the counter and barstools; tables and chairs. Beds were comfortable. The pool, hot tub, deck, patio and patio furniture were perfect for our get-together. There were a few issues for maintenance. One of the doors leading out to the patio would not lock correctly. Also we did not care for the kitchen faucet. With the quality of this home, seems like you could have a better faucet. All in all, we were very impressed with the quality of this beautiful home. We were close to the beautiful beaches and Harbortown. The location was wonderful. Sea Pines is a beautiful area!! We all had a very fun and special week staying in this home. The rental agency was very easy to work with and very professional. Great experience!
