Welcome to Sunvail! Located on the Northside of Vail, this wonderful top floor condo offers comfort and convenience all in one. Year-round heated pool and hot tub, and walking distance to Lionshead.  

**Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in!

When first making your way into the unit, you are welcomed by a spacious living area and a beautiful view of Vail Mountain. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you and your group need to fuel up for a long day on the slopes. Off the kitchen, you will find the dining area with seating for six. Step outside and take a breathe of fresh air on the patio or cozy up in front of the fireplace in living room.

The primary suite comes with a comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a double bed to accommodate extra guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's, comfy mattresses and hotel quality linens for your best nights rest. 

Never worry about parking when staying in Vail again. Sunvail is located next to the pedestrian bridge that takes you into the heart of Lionshead Village where you can catch the gondola or lift and leave your car behind. The complimentary in-town shuttle runs every twenty minutes and stops at the grocery stores and both Lionshead and Vail Villages. There are lots of trails nearby for hiking and biking. You can easily choose to walk to one of Lionshead’s wonderful restaurants via the pedestrian bridge. Year-round heated pool, hot tubs, parking and too many amenities to name, this unbeatable property is the place to call home on your next destination vacation!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.

Loved that SkyRun provided kitchen supplies (dish soap, detergent, paper towels, and trash bags). The place was clean and wonderful. It was an easy walk to Eagle Bahn Gondola. We did it with our skis each day. My favorite thing was drinking coffee and watching the the mountain get prepped for the skiers. Will happily stay again.

Very comfortable.

You will be very comfortable. It’s very roomy. The walk to the bridge and over to ski is probably not realistic in ski boots but if get a locker in lions head etc will be just fine. It’s several steps up to get to building then two flights up which makes checkin fun at 8000ft lol. But well worth the walk.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Skyrun Condo 33C! The view of the mountain was spectacular. We overlooked the pool and were close to the parking lot. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy, showers were great, and the sectional was nice for relaxing. It’s a short walk to the Lionshead Bridge and drive to Vail Village. We loved having a drink and playing games on the balcony. We were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and modern, but the master bed mattress felt worn out. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need. The only drawback is the walk from the parking lot and up the stairs, especially carrying luggage and day trip items. Then going up 2 flights of stairs was just too much for us with the altitude. Overall, we liked the condo , just not the stairs!

Summer Vail retreat

Comfortable and well-designed unit. Well-maintained and clean. The complex has a very nice swimming pool and is beautifully landscaped. Within easy walking distance is a bike trail and and a fun playground for kids. You can see some of Vail runs from the balcony of the unit: very convenient to the mountain and Vail Village. Only negative is traffic noise because of proximity to1-70 .

Great Stay

Really nice condo. Very clean and well appointed. We eat in a lot, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and supplies as well as some spices, etc. left from previous guests. The parking lot is next to the pedestrian overpass into Lionshead, which was super convenient as we simply walked into Vail for the GoPro Games each morning. The management company was super responsive to questions via email as well. Checkout was also super easy and hassle free. Be aware that there are many steps outside as well as in the building to get up to this unit - it can be a bit of a workout. Would totally stay here again!

Fabulous condo

This condo offers a convenient location just a short 9-minute walk to the ski rental shop by the gondola, allowing for a nice warm-up before hitting the slopes. It's in excellent condition, fully stocked, and comfortable, with easy access to the nearby market & restaurants. The layout is ideal for families, with a spacious master bedroom & a second room for kids or friends. The laundry washer/dryer in the condo is new, and the balcony with a grill adds to the charm. The hot tub by the pool is well-maintained & nice, making for a relaxing post-ski soak. The staff was very responsive & available for any question that came up. Overall, it's a top choice for accommodations, and I’d definitely return.

33C Sun Vail - great rental!

We had a great stay at 33C. it is a great location near the pedestrian walk walkway over the interstate - we left our equipment at Vail Ski Tech (rented ski locker). Sky Run was amazingly responsive - and even got us a crock pot from the owner for those cozy ski meals. Highly recommend- kitchen is super well stocked and beds were very comfortable. We hope to return in 2025 to 33C!

Perfect view of paradise!

We just stayed four nights for a guys ski trip, and the condo was perfect for us! The view off the balcony offers a panoramic of the Vail ski slopes with the heated pool and double hot tubs below beckoning you to dip in and ease your tired muscles. The owners have beach towels stocked for use, which was a great touch! The walk to the village is minimal, as well as the ski rental shop that keeps your ski boots in a warmer each night. The dining in the village is exceptional, and if you want to have a more casual night, Local Joe’s down the street is perfect for that! We took a couple nights to just grill steaks on the balcony and play poker around the kitchen table. Skiing was incredible, and the overall location of the condo couldn’t have been better. Can’t wait to return!

3 days of fun

The condo was comfy with decadent showers, the hot tub and pool were toasty warm, and the location was ideal for a few days away to ski Vail! We enjoyed several great restaurants in both Lionshead and Vail village by taking advantage of the free heated buses too. Will definitely stay again!
