This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental is the ideal home base for all of the activities and sports on WVU’s campus and downtown Morgantown. After watching a game at Puskar Stadium, head to High Street for food and drink that will bring you back to your college days. When you’re ready to relax, cozy up on the couch back at the house and stream your favorites. House comes with Pack n' Play and high chair. You’ll return home full of new memories!

Upper level has 1 King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, full bedroom, and full bathroom in the hallway. Basement includes Queen bedroom, lounge, full Bathroom, pull out couch with double bed, and Yoga Studio for up to 4 more guests.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Its a beautiful home and very spacious. My family had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting West Virginia. The host made the whole process easy and friendly. Its very close to a park and public pool which only added more points to our trip.

This is one of the nicest VRBO places we have stayed. It was better than pictured. There were so many extra nice touches. Lots of amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. The place was super clean and comfortable. We had plenty of parking. The host was very quick to respond and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about good property.

Amazing house in a great location! Visiting my daughter who is a WVU student and the house was in a great location to everything WVU. Lots of open common space, large bedrooms and well stocked with amenities. The host, Mike, was extremely responsive and great with communication. I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Had a very nice stay, plenty of room for our group. Great location close to the University and was nice to have parking spaces. Place was clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time renting this home. We travel with 2 sets of grandparents and on child. Plenty of room. Love the addition of the motion light in the stairwell. Mike was very easy to communicate with.

Excellent Homecoming Weekend

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for each of us and our own space to boot! The location couldn’t have been better…close to the stadium and High Street for all the weekend activities. Definitely will be renting this property in the future for our family football weekends! I can't say enough good things about this property or this host. The property was spotless and exactly as described. It was close to everything we needed. The host was awesome. He responded quickly to any questions and checked to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would without a doubt stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering it.

Very clean and well stocked home. Had everything we needed. Easily parked 4 large vehicles. Challenging but doable walk to town or a cheap uber ride for the uphill walk back. We were surprised how large the home felt very roomy. Easy to communicate with owners. awe can’t wait to stay there again! We brought a grill to cook at the home worked out great.

Excellent communication & spacious!

We (3 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teen) were in town for a competition and this home was great. We chose to utilize the basement as well, making a perfect space for our teen to chill out. All bathrooms were clean, everything worked (washer, dryer, coffee....). The host answered questions quickly. We plan on staying there again.

Beautiful Clean Home

House was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Well stocked and had some nice touches like kid friendly cups, plates, bowls, etc. We really appreciated the multiple parking spaces, parking around WVU is typically difficult and inconvenient. This will be our go to rental in Morgantown, we’ve stayed at multiple rentals in Morgantown and this was hands down the best one to date.

A beautiful home that is fully equipped in the kitchen for home cooking, spacious, lots of space to lounge around, clean, and very homey. The owner was receptive and great with communication. The location is quiet. It is about 20 minutes walk to the historic center, but realize the town has lots of hills. It's easy access to many activities the area has to offer. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect location for family and WVU game

This home was perfect for my family and our WVU football weekend. It is within walking distance of the Milan Puskar Stadium (some of the family walked to tailgating and some drove) It is a beautiful home with many amenities. The basement was a wonderful quiet place for my young grandchildren (and their parents) The home is clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was helpful and thoughtful. We wish we had found this home years ago and will definitely use it again
