A great family Christmas experience

Very nice house in great condition and very clean. Lot to do in the house and lots of great stuff in nearby Delray. We’ll be back!

Great house with the family to stay right on the water. Unfortunately, mother nature was not our friends during the trip, but we made the best of the property.

Perfect for our family getaway

We decided to do something different and go away for the holiday to a warm climate. We have 2 teens and 3 kids over 20 so we need lots of bedrooms and space. This house was perfect. Between the pool, hot tub, and lake, we had plenty to do. The backyard was fun yet private. It was also a very close drive to the beach and downtown Delray which was great for dining and shopping. Everything was modern and freshly decorated. Linens were top-notch. The house management was very professional and responsive. We had a minor issue and they resolved it immediately. We were very impressed and would definitely go back.

Brampton Park Rentals was amazing to work with! The home was PERFECT!!! We needed 5 bedrooms, one suitable for a toddler and that is exactly what we got! The decor and upkeep was immaculate, the view onto the lake was beautiful, so peaceful, the pool was a wonderful respite at any time of day and the massive ankle/calf deep shallow was the perfect playground for our grandson. The kitchen was stocked very well, the garage was full of toys, kayak, paddle board, pop-a-shot, and more, plus there was a pack-n-play, high chair, and booster seat for eating. The room our grandson stayed in had a TeePee that he fell in love with and two sets of bunk beds with double or queen on bottom bunk. The bathrooms were all beautifully done with gorgeous showers and there is a tub in the master for baths. All in all, we had everything we needed and more and felt immediately at home there. We hated to leave and will be planning a return trip as soon as possible!! And we would definitely want to work with Brampton Park Rentals again!!!

Great location on lake

Besides the fact that we loved this house, the management company is by far the best one we have ever dealt with. Before arriving we asked what appliances were in the house so that we could evaluate what we might want to bring with us, and they asked us what appliances we wanted and then went out and BOUGHT all the ones not in the house -- including a stand mixer, a food processor, a coffee bean grinder, and a toaster oven. When we arrived and found the vacuum cleaner not working, within two days a new one was delivered to the house. So I would highly recommend this company. The best part of the house is the huge yard that goes all the way down to a branch of Lake Ida. The shaded patio area with extremely comfortable lounge chairs as well as a full dining set for six people overlooks a huge expanse of green lawn that is interspersed with mature palm trees and thrumming with birdsong. The nearby houses are barely visible and other than an occasional boat on the lake, there is quiet. There is a dock and three kayaks so that you can go exploring on the lake, and a heated pool that we didn't use. On the inside, the house is one floor, and the garage has been enclosed and turned into a large kids' room with two bunk beds, consisting of two twins and two doubles. The room can be closed off with pocket doors and kids would have a big play area all to themselves. The rest of the house besides the other three bedrooms is one big open space with two sitting areas, a dining area and the kitchen in the middle and open to all sides. The master bedroom and master bath are separated from the other bedrooms. Most of the furniture is new and of high quality. There are a few downsides: the master bedroom needs some reading lights and night tables, some drawers in the kitchen don't open properly, and the bathrooms could stand some refurbishing. But these are really minor quibbles in what was overall an outstanding stay.

Great Vacation

We had a great experience from beginning to the end. The house met our needs but the expansive outdoor area that included an awesome pool, gazebo, lake, and fire pit took the property from good to excellent.

Perfect House

This house was perfect for what we were looking for during the worlds troubles. The house was spacious and clean. There were lots of places to hang out in and outside the house. The management company was excellent with my requests and concerns. The pool was perfect and clean and being the the canal and kayaking was a nice way to spend our week.

Special home with a great feel!

We absolutely loved this home on the lake and everything it had to offer. Very comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out. The home was immaculate, with new furniture, comfortable beds and plenty of linens and Kitchen-ware. Couldn’t ask for a better yard, with a nice pool and lake in a peaceful and tranquil setting. Very easy and friendly property management company too. Looking forward to renting again with them in the future! Best, WM & DM

Beautiful place to gather

We booked this home at the last minute so that my siblings and our families could stay together while all in Boynton for our mothers funeral. Having such a beautiful, peaceful home to gather in and be all together was such a help to all of us. It is a spacious, clean home in a wonderful neighborhood that is great for running or walking. It has a pool, is on a lake and close to the beach! Easy check in and out, great communication. Thanks again.

Unexpected Trip

This property met our needs when we needed to make a last minute trip to Florida. The home was clean and very accommodating. A few improvements that I would suggest would be a microwave in the kitchen and a more detailed explanation on the pool heater. Also, knowing what to do upon checkout would be helpful too. Overall the home was great and very accommodating. We defiantly would stay here again.

An awesome place to stay

We had a short trip here and a great experience - the home is perfect for groups with kids - they loved the large room with bunk beds and the huge yard to play in. The adults really liked the overall layout and the location - a short (5 - 10 min) drive to Atlantic Ave in Delray, and on a quiet cul de sac which were both really great for our group. Check in/out was really easy. We visit Delray Beach often and will be staying here again for sure!!

Schönes grosses Grundstück

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und man ist sehr privat. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt. Das Haus wurde renoviert und die Möbel waren allesamt neu. Leider war die Renovierung an einigen Stellen sehr oberflächlich (alte Fenster, Anstrich etc.). Der Kontakt zu der Verwaltung war hervorragend und man war sehr bemüht, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben.

Great location

The home is very bright and airy inside, and the living areas felt very spacious and well laid out, with plenty of seating for everyone. The outdoor area is very special - we really enjoyed the tranquility of being right on the lake with such privacy - it almost felt like a private island! The kayaks were easy to use and great fun. Location is really great - right on the Boynton/ Delray border. It took us 5 - 10- minutes to drive to Atlantic Ave and the home is at the end of a cul de sac in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We have stayed at several homes managed by Brampton Park Rentals, as always, this was a great experience, check in/ check out was smooth and easy and the service was fantastic. --
